I've eaten here a bunch of times and I can tell you to only eat here if you plan on sitting and eating here. If you eat there, the food comes out great. If you order for takeout/delivery, your food will not be ready in time and likely severely overcooked. Overall staff is nice, but I've tried the takeout option too many times and have always been disappointed.

Woman who was expediting food tonight needs to be fired. She has no idea what she is doing. We called for takeout and when we got there 20 minutes later the food was never made. While making us wait 30 minutes for a burger and fries, we watched her give multiple people the wrong orders. Finally we get our food and leave only to be called 2 minutes later telling us to come back because she gave us the wrong order. Except, we were actually given the correct order. She seemed very over her head and out of her depth.
On top of that she was openly nasty to one of the young men employees in front of a restaurant full of customers. This young man seemed to be the only person trying to make things right. I asked for a refund due to the extended wait only to be given $5 in cash when paid on a card because as she shouted to her employee “i dont have time to do it on the computer and you dont have the authorization to help her”. He apologized and honestly I felt bad for him, he was just trying to help and satisfy an unhappy customer.
Been coming here for years but we will not be back if that is who is running the restaurant.

This place is an absolute disaster. First off, you have to go to the counter and order like it’s a fast food joint, but they’re charging sit-down restaurant prices. No service, no class, just overpriced garbage.
They charge extra for basic toppings like lettuce and tomato—are you kidding me? What’s next, an upcharge for the bun? The burger tasted like a frozen patty that was reheated with zero care, and the sandwich was just sad: cheap meat, bland, dry, and somehow still soggy. I wouldn’t feed it to a stray dog.
The bathroom was straight-up disgusting. Clogged toilet, the stench of raw sewage hitting you in the face when you walk in—it looked like it hadn’t seen a mop in weeks. I legit held my breath the whole time.
To make things worse, a few hours after eating there, my stomach turned on me like I had just eaten expired gas station food. Cramping, nausea, the whole deal. I wouldn’t be surprised if the health department shut this place down tomorrow. How this place have 4+ it’s a SCAM Do. Not. Go. Here. It’s overpriced trash with a side of food poisoning. You’ve been warned.

Had grilled shrimp over Caesar salad. Mushroom Swiss burger. Vegetable kabobs. Salmon burger. Onion rings. Sweet potato fries. Limited kids menu. All of the food is very good but very pricy, imho. Service is quick & accurate. I usually get takeout. I would visit more often but it's too expensive to go regularly.

I came here after recommendations and it was above my expectations. Not only were the employees lovely, friendly, and courteous, but the food was phenomenal. It was hot and fresh, not greasy, so delicious. I got the special, fried fish tacos with tortilla chips and ate every bite. Had some of my mom's sweet potato fries and honey mustard and everything was perfect. Service was fast and everything looked great too. the place was very calm, clean, and had great energy. Prices aren't low but I wouldn't say high either, fair, especially for the area. I will be back and definitely recommend.

I work in the area and TnS is our go to! The staff is competent and friendly and ever so efficient. The food is cooked fresh is tasty and delish and the orders are received correctly EVERY TIME! I give a well deserved 5 stars to the staff at Turf N Surf Warren!
