We love Uproot! The food is always wonderful — fresh, creative, and beautifully presented. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The decor is unique, with a light-up tree as the centerpiece inside — such a fun touch!
We also love Chef Scott — he’s innovative with his menu and always willing to create something special just for you. I’ve been to private parties here, and they never disappoint. Uproot offers American cuisine with a contemporary twist, and it’s one of our favorite local spots for both a casual night out and special occasions. Highly recommend!

Uproot is our favorite restaurant in Warren, NJ. Chef Scott is innovative and changes the menu according to locally available food. Our favorites include his coffee rubbed chicken wings, pork chop with apricot glaze, pasta purses, and fabulous burgers and hand cut fries! His special desserts are outstanding! We rect had a special - key lime pie - which truly was out of this world! The service, ambiance and wine list are outstanding. Highly recommend this restaurant!

I wasn’t impressed with this restaurant. The food was overpriced for the quality, and the service was disappointing. Our waitress seemed annoyed the entire time, which made the experience uncomfortable. Overall, not worth the price or the visit.
