I had the birria tacos with consome, and chicken enchiladas. It was delicious and the rice and beans were good too.
Found this place via Happy Cow. The description above says to pick a vegetarian option and get it without cheese, but the menu didn’t show vegetarian options. I asked and they said they could make vegetarian options. I got vegetarian tacos and a side of beans and rice. The tacos had pickled vegetables, pico de gallo, and cilantro. The (refried) beans and rice was good but I can’t guarantee the beans didn’t have lard, since a lot of refried beans do.
Brought my Grandsons for lunch. The family proprietors and the food could not have been better. I was especially impressed by the young boy (who seemed to be learning under his Mom’s wing). He was so friendly, respectful and polite. He went out of his way to ensure things were as I needed given I was dining with 3 boys to include a yet to be 1 year old and a 2 year old. While I had my hands full, I absolutely enjoyed the freshly prepared meal - beef tacos, refried beans, rice and cheese quesadilla for the kids.

This was a great find at lunchtime when I was in the area. The food was served very quickly and it was all very good. I got the steak tacos and I used the green salsa that they put on the table. It was a great combo! I highly recommend this place!

I love the flautas and the tacos are amazing especially for their price and let’s not forget about their tortas and drink every thing is so flavorful and tasty. If you’re looking for some tasty tacos I recommend this spot .

I went for an order of tacos. I requested steak tacos with no onions, lettuce, tomato, some cheese, and some sliced avocado even if I have to pay extra. This is what I got and was charged $26 for. I guess I was supposed to pay my money to chop my own veggies. F-me and a properly prepared taco. I don’t recommend this place. I could get past the salty beef, but this is horrible. This place can only be described as garbage. There are other Mexican restaurants in the area and they are all a lot better than this. This is a hard pass, especially if they don’t do better. The beef was so salty. My time crunch made this my only meal until 9pm. I basically just gave my money to these people for digestion issues because of the salt. Washington needs to do better. I’ve never seen so many restaurants with terrible food in such a small area. Thank goodness for a couple of the pizzerias in the town.

I'm from socal. Where they have some of the best Mexican food. This is the best spot I've found so far that can compare to socal Mexican food. The tinga is probably the best thing I get there. Its amazing. Its always one of my go to orders. Ill get the nachos and ask for tinga chicken instead. The birria tacos are really good, but it needs to be spicey, but not too spicey haha the red salsa has some real good heat to it. This is my go to spot for some Mexican food.

My favorite taco place in the area. The restaurant is minimalistic and the staff speak ok English (sometimes you have to explain yourself a little), but that’s ok! I come for the food anyways. Which let me tell you, is one of the best and most authentic Mexican, not texmex, around! The tacos are delicious, simple, good portioned and reasonably priced. And I would highly recommend anyone to come eat here. Easier if you pay cash. 5 tacos for $12
Vegetarian options: No labor vegetarian options but they will make you something and it’s always good (based on gf opinion).

Delicious, authentic taco place! My husband and I had lunch here on a fairly quiet Monday. I had birria tacos (on specials menu that day)—among the best I’ve had. He had alambre tacos, which were also great. The chips were clearly freshly made and served with spicy, flavorful salsa. There was only one server handling dine-in and carryout ( looks like they are trying to hire more) but she was attentive and made it work. We’ll be back!

We were driving back from a holiday trip from Bethlehem, Pa. to NJ and took the scenic route with a stop to 5 Brothers in Washington. What a great discovery. The birria tacos with consommé were excellent. The Caldo de Rez or beef stew is hearty on a cold night and enough for a meal. There are also homemade desserts such as flan and tres leches cake. Friendly service. Real authentic Mexican food and hospitality and good prices. The horchata is a must.

Was really excited to try this place .I just called for some info and the phone etiquette was horrific ?I was inquiring if they did Tamales for the HolidaysBy the Piece or dozen ...And I get " I don't know "?So can you offer to find the answer ??
While I've only been here once, my experience was quite good. We dined in, had good service, the space was welcoming and clean, and the food was tasty. I had the al pastor tacos, which I really enjoyed. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely return.
