Made a doordash order and this location downgraded my large drinks to medium on top of getting the 1 drink wrong and the other cola taste like seltzer water. They also forgot all the fries to the 2 meals. Horrible enough as that I tried to call the location 5 times and no one picked up the phone. Will not be going back.

I was brought to the Turnersville location tonight with my family. Upon entry, it smelled like some large animal died in the vents. When I asked what the smell was one employee returned and said something was going on with the oven and it’s been fixed. It did not smell anything like an oven. It lead me to believe that this location is unclear and unsafe to eat food. The ketchup dispenser was clogged. Burgers were dry. Employee did not take milkshake order properly. Employees walked around the restaurant as if they were trying to figure out the smell as well. I suggest this location is closed down. Management allowed employees to handle customer complaints while she had a birthday party for herself in the dining area. I will be calling corporate.

I ordered a roast beef sandwich. Sat in the dining area, all or most of the chairs were pulled out from tables, crumbs on the floor. The condiment area was dirty and some of the containers were empty. Had to ask for the little packs of sauce since there was none in the proper place. The place was empty. Workers talking to each other, one on phone. They called my name to pick up my food. I picked it up, the tray was dirty.No excuse for a restaurant to operate like this. Will not return.

I ordered a large jalapeño poppers and a regular roast beef meal with curly fries. Fries were cold straight from the bag. Sandwich and poppers were good.

Arby's has definitely changed how they process their roast beef. It's now like mush, it has no bite, no meat like mouth feel. Very disappointed. The chicken sandwich was so thin, that it was dry.

Price and food quality is superior to other fast food
Used to come here with my parents as kids and always liked the roast beef and curly fries. Sandwiches are still good but the fries aren't as good as they use to be. Too greasy. And paying over $40 for three sandwiches, drinks and fries is too much.
