I recently ordered from a small local Chinese takeout, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! Simple Chinese food. That's local to Long Valley and delicious. My only complaint is that the spare ribs are kind of dry. I feel like most other restaurants make them pretty saucy or at least have a sauce on the side. The fried rice is amazing and the lo mein is really good too. They're Singapore noodles are pretty standard compared to most other places and their egg rolls are actually much better compared to other places. Some locals have told me to go up to 20 minutes...
Will not be disappointed!! Dim Sum is absolutely delicious! Not many places make it. Great tasting food as well and I’m extremely particular. Fast delivery !! Definitely making this our go to Chinese food takeout!! Thank you!
