We tried Tuscan Bistro for the very first time and we were not disappointed. Reservations were a must as it was a very busy Saturday night. The service was attentive and friendly. The appetizers of fried calamari and bruscetta were great starters. Entrees of tortellini della mama, shrimp allesandra and veggies pizza were tasty and plentiful. Although it is a pizzeria restaurant, the food is by far better than some top restaurants. Of course, the chef Gastòn has experience because he worked in one of the best restaurants in the area and just like me, we were students of the best chef from Italy, chef Rocco,

First time in tonight. Got the mozzarella appetizer (13.00) for 2 small wedges which I wasn't crazy about because I tasted more egg in it than cheese. The dipping sauce reminded me of Campbell's tomato soup, the salad was very basic (mostly white part of iceberg lettuce with a tiny amount of onion and cucumber in it) garlic bread was like something you'd make a home with no fresh garlic on it, just dried spices.
