Skip this store. Do not envy the online orders. They will get whatever hard, nasty, off tasting items that these people feel like putting in their bags.As mentioned before, the chicken is hard and over cooked. It tastes like it has been sitting all day. Their Mac n Cheese tastes off and is in no way fresh.If you order delivery, they will chose your meal, not what you ordered & paid for.I will never order from this store ever again.I just hope I do not get ill from the old, hard chicken that sat out for who knows how long.This is anything BUT fresh and I feel taken advantage of.

We were there just before closing so we expected items to be sold out. There were no diners except us. While we waited there were LOTS of people coming in for their online orders. And while we dined , the pick ups were constant. I thought that impressive. But no one opted to "dine in". And they were not waiting long for service, their food was prepped and packed. A few issues we noticed tho.1) Online orders go thru a credit/debit system, yet the store was "cash only". Odd.2) Also, the broccoli had a very weird taste, not " spoiled" but "odd".3) I asked for "tap " water from the soda fountain, NOT GOOD, seems the spouts hadn't been cleaned in some time! Debris was in my cup! Showed the staff and she went to work on it right away. But it should not have been there to begin with. She did offer bottled water no charge. That was nice!We opted for the meal for 3, and it made 4 meals for us, 2 dinner and 2 lunch the next day. Not bad. Total cost was $29.xx plus a bit to their tip jar. If they kept up w these cleaning issues, and discrepancies betw online payment and in store payment I would have given 4 stars.Dietary restrictions: Alot of their food has hi salt warnings. If they know this, it really should/could be fixed.

No sides available only upcharge ones. Zero carbohydrates like mash or stuffing. Corn bread crumbled like uncooked cornmeal in your hand. This is a disgrace from when I was a kid.

Food was terrible. Ordered 1/2 white chicken, got dark and white meat. No gravy, no stuffing, substituted at the last minute. The chicken didn't even taste good, that was the sad part. For $30.00 I expected much more.

This restaurant’s parking lot was so empty I should have known not to go in it. It was so empty I did a double take I thought they were shut down well it looks like they are right on the verge of it. Restaurant is in need of a visit from a health inspector and the district manager either one would not be satisfied by this restaurant. It’s dirty ,the food is mediocre and the service is ok could be better. If I was the manager and I went to eat dinner here and I saw my employees on there phones while the tables needed to wiped down and the floors need to be mopped and the soda machine needs to be cleaned and the food needs to be better I know I would be having some issues and my staff would not be too happy after that discussion. This location is in need of some desperate help. Leave me wanting to go to Popeyes. Barely ate my food.
