Quality has gone down, and the price has skyrocketed. I used to enjoy the food here, but now it seems the quality has just gone down. Burgers are gross and sloppy imo. The price is just far too high. We won't get BK anymore.

The person putting together the burgers didn't know there is a difference between Swiss and American cheese or that you don't put onion on one ordered without onion. The manager did remake the burgers.

The food had no taste and looked old. Bugs inside around the tables and just didn't seem clean inside. Tried to give them another chance at the drive through and food still didn't seem right. Washington nj is just a all around dump to begin with and this buger king is no acception either.

Very very dirty. Bugs on tables and on bathroom walls, tables were all filthy, and floors were horrific. Soda machine was also out of CO2.

This place is a shitty place to go. They don’t make your food right. Everytime I got there or my family goes there nothing is ever made the way we had asked. All they do is goof off in the place. All I asked for was cheese on my burger and all I got was the burger and then bun and my fries tasted like they are a day old. I know I’m not the only one.

This BK is updated and clean! We tried the new fiery crunchy chicken sandwiches which were better than most higher end restaurants. The staff was also very friendly and helpful!

Customer service/customer experience horrible. The drive-through window is the slowest I’ve ever seen. They tend to skip you. The drive-through people definitely need to be trained better because they have no customer attitude either they really seem not to care about their job and tend to be uncooperative and unprofessional when it comes to taking care of their people that are coming into get food I’ve known of several experiences where myself and other people that I’ve known of have waited literally 45 minutes to an hour in the drive-through line when the line wasn’t that full at all that is totally unacceptable and totally unprofessional I think every member of that team with the exception of be very select you need to be retrained

Literally just left there..it's 7:38am. Three workers in the lobby look exhausted, including the manager.. The manager served me. She kept coughing into her hands, covering her mouth, But then she grabbed my napkins with the same hand and opened up the paper bag to put the French toast sticks that I ordered with the same hand. Unreal, .Unsanitary.
