We ordered the chocolate with orange blossom filling (tastes like a Terrys chocolate) and white cake wirh raspberry filling. All three tiers were delicious

Until we found Paula at Cake Fiction, the process of finding a cake for our wedding in Glen Gardner was ridiculous. Either they had no imagination or they were absurd in terms of pricing for the cake and delivery. Then we found our way to Paula who completely changed the game. I think I even gave her a deposit before we settled on what cake we wanted from her, but the sheer idea that we could pick ANY flavor combinations we wanted was enough to convince us she was the right person for the job.
We settled on one tier lemoncello flavored cake and frosting, and the other tier was chocolate with peanut butter cream. Incredibly moist and fluffy, I was super excited. I had even tasked Paula with finding a way to make lemon fondant toppers dressed as a bride and groom. The cake came out flawless! And Paula was a dream to work with! Would recommend her any day of the week, month or year!
Paula baked a stunning custom ocean-themed cake for our 4 year old. Not only was it beautifully crafted, but the flavors and textures were out of this world! It was definitely a highlight among many others from our toddler’s birthday party and it got us a lot of compliments! We will definitely commission Cake Fiction again for many other occasions.

This past October my partner and I worked with Paula at Cake Fiction for our wedding at Jack’s Barn in Oxford, NJ, and were so impressed! We initially set up a tasting at their kitchen/shop, which was so much fun. Paula and her husband were so lovely and their shop space is too cute! We booked them on the spot, and worked with them to design a two-tier wedding cake and a dozen cupcakes. So delicious! They were a hit at our wedding and we still receive compliments on the cake/cupcakes. We’d recommend Cake Fiction to anyone who’s looking for a tasty and unique cake/dessert for their event!
