I usually order here a lot but they quality of food lately just been sloppy and they mess up my order when I call explain how mess up my order that I just spent over 60 dollars of food and pizza taste like a dry cracker with bacon bites than want give me hard time to give me my money back and the dessert size even became smaller

I bought a grilled pesto panini and asked for provolone cheese that is not included(all the other panini's they offer have cheese) I went and picked up the order and the total reflected a $2 upcharge for a slice of provolone cheese, seems a little ridiculous to charge that amount for a slice of cheese, especially when all the other panini offerings come with it. Then I got home and opened it up and the chicken pieces were not even big enough to cover 60% of the panini. I really liked this place and have been here to dine in and take out many times, seems like quality isn't a big concern to them these days. The person at the register was great, I guess that is something positive about this experience.By the way, the prices reflected on their menus are not accurate, it cost more nowParking: It's a tight parking lot

Steak sandwiches taste good but nerd more meat. I asked for ketchup on my 2 steak sandwiches and didn't get it. Mild wings were delicious bbw wings too much bbq sauce placed on top.

Ordered a square pizza ....asked it to be more done and it came crust was extremely soft not crisp.Not enough cheese and hardly any taste. I had to rebook it in the oven to crisp it up and flavor....what flavor?????And to answer your questions....I cook for a living and know pizza's.I have had square pizza from GALLERY IN ERIAL....MUCH BETTER THEN THE ONE I GOT FROM YOU!!!!!" NEVER AGAIN" WILL I ORDER PIZZA.

Front desk young girl attitude today 9/5/2023 4:30pm was almost unreasonable! Extremely rude not only in person also when she takes orders over the phone. I waited for my order and I heard her loud and clear making fun of the person that made the order over the phone. So disrespectful. I normally don't right bad reviews but I need a manager or owner to see this!!!!I must add this place is overly priced. Adding extra charges for no reason. After 5 years in pretty sure this will be my last time ordering here
We’ve ordered food from here for over a year now. But after tonight, don’t think we will anymore. Idk who made this cheesesteak but “extra Mayo” doesn’t mean an entire jar.

I had 5 Stars on them. Sadly Now things have declined as far as Portion and Price. To be fair the Food is Very good, pasta dishes are always good but like I said Prices are disgusting!!

My all time favorite. Love this place so much, I only been coming here for a short amount of time but it's truly one of the greatest take out places I've been to. Don't let the building/name fool you, they are not just another pizza joint. They are a whole 5 star restaurant experience. They are so many options on the menu, it's crazy. I have trouble choosing everytime. The prices are so reasonable and I never ever feel like I'm getting jipped or scammed cause the food quality is incredible. I will never get tired of this place. I love their food but I ordered a Ceaser salad with blacken chicken and my lettuce looks like this! The chicken and dressing was wonderful! I’m sadden to know this is what they send out with their salads!

My family and I went here recently for pizza to celebrate our daughter finishing pre-k. The service was great, the food was delicious, and the dining room area was perfect for what we needed. I’m so glad we chose to go here and our daughter was very happy with her pizza, her favorite food!! Definitely recommend!
