I always do a mobile order to make life easier and add a certain amount of sauces that I would like with my order. Why is the number of sauces never correct???? I mean literally never. I asked for 11 honey roasted bbq for my tenders, fries, nuggets AND sandwiches to share between 3 people. Why did I only receive 4? 4/11 sauces is crazy and needs to be better. And when I ask for extra I get an extra 2. They can’t like the sauces comes out of their paycheck

A solid go to for me when I need something quick on the run. Staff is polite as always and the food is always good.
We asked for 3 fries, they only rung up 2, so then we had to pay for the third one and wait. By the time we got to the nuggets they were extremely cold. We came back in and asked for 2 fresh nuggets, & had the old ones with us. They made it a big deal saying obviously it was going to be cold. They were extremely disrespectful, talking about us behind the counter and all employees were looking at us giving us dirty looks. It was uncomfortable and I won’t be revisiting for a while.
Very clean and pleasant Chick-fil-A. Even when mistakes are made they’ve been amazing to keeping the customer happy and satisfied.
