Really Disturbing!!! There is a sign that says “Why Wait, If you are getting something out of the freezer then take it directly to the register” Well, I suppose they didn’t let the staff know how to handle this. My family and I picked out our $42 ice cream cake and got in line at the register but when it was our turn the young lady walked away without a word. So we waited for another staff member to come to the register but she ignored us too and rung up two other customers that came in the store after us and walked away without helping us. The next staff member at least was willing to ring up our purchase but couldn’t explain how the BOGO worked and couldn’t apply the rewards I could plainly see on my app. I left there super frustrated and probably will not return. Good ice cream isn’t worth feeling disrespected.

I just had to write a review about a birthday cake I ordered. Jake was an absolute sweetheart and nailed the vision for this Harry Potter bday cake. I was so pleased with the results. It was an odd request but he made it look just like the one Hagrid gave Harry on his 11th birthday in the movie! (Which is why it’s spelling is off). Thanks Jake! Can’t wait to come back for Knox’s 12th birthday!

Has anyone realized this business jumped on the "price gouging" train or is it just me. My God I come here quite often, but I am not coming back. After reading some other reviews I did see one person who was really pissed about the new prices and I'm taking his advice and buying a new NINJA ice cream maker. Bye Cold Stone. Fresh ice cream can be made at home. Don't know where you get off charging $36 for two half gallons of ice cream. I have to stop now because talking about it pisses me off.

For me, the most perfect ice cream they ever created was the Mario’s Super Birthday Blast, which is basically Cake Batter Ice Cream with Yellow Cake, Bright Blue Frosting & Star Sprinkles
It was a beautiful combination of flavors and textures

Went in and the seating area was trashed, tables outside dirty and rude staff. 4 staff all standing by the back door. We chose off the menu instead of creating our own. We weren't asked if we wanted a waffle cup or anything else and were rushed. Ice cream was dripping down the side of the cup as they handed it to us.
