Can't beat dominos. It's one of the few places that provides consistent food. You know exactly what to expect everytime you go, no surprises. They deliver on time and the food always arrives hot. Their app makes it very easy to order and they are very good at taking care of any issues that might come up.

I gave this place 3 tries, since I moved into town. It's the smallest pies I've ever had, the large pie looks like a medium, I ordered 3 different pies and was sent all pepperoni. In all honesty I'd rather drive the 20-30 mins to drive down to Mansfield/Hackettstown to a different dominos.

Whoever they have cutting pizza doesn’t know how to cut a pizza. I have slices that are really small to really big and I’m not happy. And mind u I ordered a medium pizza and this is what I get. I haven’t eaten it yet bc I wanted to show how bad they are

The lady who is managing this place should be gone forever ago! She has no idea of what is she doing blaming everybody but her own poor managing skills, she is rude and nasty not only to employees but customers.
Tina is an awesome manager and excellent at customer service. I would recommend this store simply based on how personable Tina is.

Can’t order a two topping pizza without them messing it up. I mean how freaking dumb do you have to be to consistently mess this up. HORRIBLE, WOULD NOT
So, I ordered my usual pizza online to be picked up today. I go to the store to get it, and the manager, Tatiana, says it was “too much sauce so it slipped out of the oven. Does not apologize, says she put in a new one and will be out in 5 minutes. Store was exceptionally hot, and asked if they had the a/c on. Now, mind you, this entire time so far, everything was low key between me and the driver who has delivered pizzas before. However, Tatiana the manager, who did not apologize for the first pizza, could not even explain why it was so hot in there. Her restaurant management skills are less than ZERO. I know this from having managed restaurants myself for over 20 years.
Getting to the second pizza now… it comes out, she starts cutting it, and starts adding on the garlic parmesan sauce or whatever the crust topping is. I asked for “plain”. She says “oops wait, you didnt want that right ? “. I said that’s right, and that I have dietary restrictions. She asks me if I want a new pizza and now has a look on her face of aggravation like it’s my fault she screwed up the first 2 pizzas. So she starts making the third and I stop her, saying she was putting on too much cheese (I asked for light cheese as I have dietary restrictions). She turns around and says “sir now you’re just being RUDE!” I literally mentally had to step back in disbelief that she, the MANAGER, said this to the customer, me. I was NOT being rude, and lsorry but I will correct you if I see you are making my pizza wrong. Well, this was only the beginning. So she says “who are you !?, you don’t know how to make pizzas!!” as she walks to the counter front pointing and staring at me. So I said back “yes I actually do !, I have been managing restaurants for over 20 years, so yeah, actually I do know how to make pizzas”. Not once did she apologize, not once did she offer ANY compensation for me having to wait now for a FOURTH PIZZA TO BE MADE. Instead, she kept yelling at me calling me rude, saying I need to leave, when all I said was there was too much cheese. I can not wait for them to see her reaction on the video screen by the counter of her attitude. She needs to GO. As long as that kid is managing THAT DOMINOS, I will NOT be ordering from there AGAIN, after about 9 years of consistent ordering. I have had ENOUGH of her ATTITUDE, her INABILITY to make even 1 PIZZA !! She could not even make a PIZZA RIGHT ! Omg On top of it, she had NO Name tag. I ASKED FOR HER MANAGER’s number and she would not give it and had to repeatedly ask for the name., which I finally got. I want the dm’s name to talk to him at this point, that kid in there has some serious attitudes needing adjustments. How dare she call ME RUDE for letting her know the pizza had too much cheese as I watched her dump cheese on it. And I’m the rude one who can’t make pizzas. WOW. I will be sure to let as many people as possible know about this manager at that store, and I am done with them

I don't really leave reviews , but dang this dominos is amazing. I order online and pick it up. Pick up is always quick and easy so I have no clue what other reviews are talking about. Nice lady that seemed like the manager had kind words to say. Most importantly I had no idea the actual pizza could actually taste different from store to store. For some reason it just tastes better. I usually ordered from Hackettstown , but now it's no question this is the spot . Don't change a thing , guys! Keep it up. ??
