Hi! We recently had a very bad experience for our son's birthday party order in Dominos store located at 5051 Black Horse Pike, Turnersville, NJ 08012.We went to store in person on 12/26/2023 morning and placed the party order of $225.83 for 12/26/2023 (which includes the delivery charges) to be delivered to Funcity adventure park at 8PM which is just 0.3 mile from Dominos store. The order was not delivered at 8PM and when we went to store in person again to check, the associates in the store said they missed to prepare the order and they started preparing after we went to store and because of this the guests in the party did not had food on time which was very embarrassing for us. This is for our son's birthday party and Our party timing at Funcity was from 7PM to 9PM.We waited in the dominos store for 30 mins to get the order ready. Also we did not receive any reward points for the party order which was promised to us.

Pizza and breadsticks were hot and fresh! Didn’t realize you can’t pay with large bills, but delivery guy keith was more than kind and patient while we called into the store to pay by card. Thank you!! ?????

I ordered delivery and from the time I ordered, till when it got delivered. Was quick and perfect. Everything came out great. The delivery drive I had Jamar, was really nice and friendly. Over all it was a tasty-good experience.

Makes half a dish of pasta but still charges full price. The only Dominos in the area that thinks it's ok to serve a half-full pasta dish.

Terrible delivery, drivers just leave the food at your door, no call or doorbell..
So I am giving 5 stats because they are always spot on with customer service. I have gotten 2 cold pizzas from them before... and you think that would make me knock down a star... but they give me another free pizza before I even complain about it. They send an email out if the pizza takes too long with a coupon for a new pizza. I love that. Saves me the hassle of calling and complaining.

The staff was so awsome my order was messed up for a party I was having and the staff gave me a free cheesy bread and they corrected the problem that was good awsome they was so professional

Stay out of this place the girl with the blonde hair was scratching her head then went to make pizza...no one washed there hands...This place is going to make someone sick for sure...they deserve no stars

Originally and for very long this place was 2 stars only because of other food. Their pizza was trash can worthy each time. RECENTLY however , they have gained new employers who have been listening and not creating soggy pizzas. nice Glow Up ??
