Cashier barely bothered to look up to take my order. Person working the food touched the trash with his gloves multiple times preparing orders and they served a sandwich with lint and hair on it. They almost didn't want to refund me. Lady snatched the bag out of my hand

I never usually have a bad review, nor try to cause anyone trouble as in very sweet but I had to say something about my visit at the local Dunkin’ Donuts drive-through that I visited today 10/20/25. This is a location I frequent daily before taking my children to school. I always choose this location because it's close, provides fast service, and most employees are friendly and polite.
However, this afternoon, I stopped for an extra coffee on my way to pick them up after school too.
After receiving my drink, I noticed there were no outdoor trash cans on the premises. Wanting to avoid littering (I don't have a trash can in my van either), I politely asked the drive-through employee, a young woman with glasses and brown hair, (whose name I couldn’t see), if she could take my straw wrapper and dispose of it, just a small item and she was right there. I showed her what it was?
To my surprise, she laughed and responded with a dismissive tone, saying, “I’m not gonna take your trash, trash cans are outside,” before laughing again. I understand employees may not be required to handle customer trash, but her sarcastic and unprofessional response left me feeling disrespected. A simple, polite explanation, such as “I’m sorry, we can’t accept outside trash,” would have been perfectly acceptable, and I would have understood. Instead, her reaction felt unnecessarily rude and hurt my feelings.
As a regular customer who values this location, I was disappointed by this interaction. The absence of an outdoor trash can made it difficult to dispose of the wrapper without leaving my car, which defeats the convenience of the drive-through, especially when I was in a hurry. I believe Dunkin’ Donuts could benefit from training employees to handle such requests with empathy and professionalism. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and a small gesture like a kind response can make a big difference. Most employees there are nice and never denied taking my straw wrapper in to their trash?
I hope this feedback helps improve future interactions.

Drive thru person was extreme rude with a very bad attitude. Experienced same thing a few days early. This was second time. Will not be returning to this location.

2nd day in a row to go. I let the attitude of the drive through person slide the 1st time, this time I am not. There is zero reason to be nasty to laying customers. PLENTY of people looking for jobs that can be kind to people.

This place gravely messes up my order every single time. I go to the Dunkin across town even though this location is closer, because of how bad it is. They add more stuff even when you tell them not to or they forget stuff you do add to the drink. Do not go here, I know Dunkin's can be hit or miss but this location is just a miss.

Went to the drive thru. Ordered the 6$ deal dont drink coffee asked for water. They said couldn't do it call corporate. I called corporate they said they are individual owned and couldn't do anything. Not my fist time with an issue there.

The two young girls that work there are fantastic! I only get a medium frozen coffee once in a while. I am diabetic and always ask for just a drop of mocha or not even half a pump. You would be surprised to know how many I have gotten at other stores that were so sweet that I couldn't drink them.
The girls are an asset to your company. Not only personable but amazingly attentively. They keep the store clean also!

2nd time ever going and I never review places, but this had to be said. The older lady that took my order doesn't listen. I asked for no ice in my drink and got my entire cup filled to the top with ice. (The label on the cup doesnt even mention it) My wife's egg sandwhich was still cold in the middle. Guess I'll avoid this place now.
