The two young girls that work there are fantastic! I only get a medium frozen coffee once in a while. I am diabetic and always ask for just a drop of mocha or not even half a pump. You would be surprised to know how many I have gotten at other stores that were so sweet that I couldn't drink them. The girls are an asset to your company. Not only personable but amazingly attentively. They keep the store clean also! A breath of fresh air

2nd time ever going and I never review places, but this had to be said. The older lady that took my order doesn't listen. I asked for no ice in my drink and got my entire cup filled to the top with ice. (The label on the cup doesnt even mention it) My wife's egg sandwhich was still cold in the middle. Guess I'll avoid this place now.

This is a general Dunkin review. I love the Dunkalatte! It is smooth and creamy and a little sweet. Hope it stays on the menu. I tried the new chocolate chunk cookie, and it was weird. It was salty, didn't taste of chocolate and had a weird crunching part to it. I would avoid it.

If stale donuts is your thing then this is epic location! I feel after 2 pm the food should be half price with understanding it's stale. . . I was there about 5 pm 7/2. Ordered 3 Boston cream and 3 chocolate frosted. For lack of better word... Taste like plastic.. Well at least no chocolate flavor AT ALL! At least sweet/surgery flavor. But chocolate is not present or maybe it was hiding somewhereelse?? (Maybe being dry and stale hindered it?) Tho I doubt it.. Waste of money... Service was ok. But having a tip bowel in drive thru window... Was something.. I don't know the word.. But felt like asking for tip when they did not have the doughnuts I wanted? I mean I would not tip someone for answering the phone.. Or in person for saying 'Good morning.. How can I help you..?" Maybe it's just me...tips are above regular service.

Very unfriendly, barely acknowledging their customers. They were very rush rush. I always have a pretty good experience with Dunkin’s except the one in Woodbury on mantua pike (absolutely horrible service) and now this one in Sewell’s. Definitely won’t be returning here.
These people rock! They are always improving and they have patience and kindness for those who may move a bit slower. They are focused on continuous improvement and should be proud and rewarded. Always remember to stay human, humble and respectful of others.

This store used to be competent but lately our order is never ready even though we order ahead by the app . Thought that was a time saver but not here

Manager yells at staff in front of customers. The hours for the indoor area are highly inconsistent, making it difficult to establish a routine to work there, and they often get orders wrong like dairy and could kill someone if they're highly allergic. The seating inside is nice but not worth it.
EDIT: Wish I could downgrade below 1 star. Manager was very nasty and yelled at me when returning bathroom key. I really hope this store gets new management. Worst DD I've experienced
