bought normal order, two sandwiches and two donuts. There is no way on the app to request butter, so I have been asking when I pull up. The first time, I was told that I had to indicate when ordering, but after explaining, they gave me two packets of butter as requested. Twice since, I've had the same interaction, once less friendly and accommodating, once with no complaints. Today, they outright refused, saying that they didn't have any and that I had to order ahead of time. She says she has butter but nothing to put it in. The Bacon-Egg-cheese croissant is very dry and needs butter to be edible, so I am annoyed. The Duncan in question #302002 is located right next to my work, so I am annoyed that I now have to go out of my way to find another with more accommodating staff.

Waited at least 10 minutes behind one car at the drive thru. Waited another 5 minutes at the speaker. No one even said hello. I pulled up figuring the speaker must be broken and I'll order at the window. Then waited another 10 minutes to get to the window. I fugured the car infront of me must have made a huge order. They only got handed one small bag.There was now a huge line of cars behind me. I explained to the Indian woman that no one said anything at the speaker so I pulled forward. She said she can't do anything I have to order at the speaker. I said ive been patiently waiting for 20 minutes can I please just order a coffee. She said no it must be at speaker. I figured there is no use of arguing with this woman. She has literally handed me other people's orders before on prior visits. I just drove away. Won't be going there ever again.

I bought coffee yesterday and asked for less ice. My cup was given to me incomplete. When I asked why, they said that we put less coffee because you want less ice. There is no such service. I always buy coffee from Dunkin' in Glassboro. I bought it from here for the first time. I came across it here for the first time. It is not right to make small calculations. Where is customer satisfaction?

Never cooks their food, gets an attitude when you ask them to cook it, and then gives you less of the item when you ask for it to be recooked. I would avoid going here at all costs. Don’t waste your money like we did for weeks dealing with this.

I've been getting my morning coffee here for 9 years. Very very occasionally I'll get a coffee that needs to be remade...lately since the blonde girl has been making the coffee I have to get remade a lot. She looks miserable, I've heard her twice now tell her coworkers she's going to walk out on them. Everyone else is great. I have always loved this Dunkin but now when I see the blonde girl is there I walk right back out cause I know my coffee isn't going to taste good.

Prices went up again, I guess they're importing donuts now. Had to wait in line for 7 minutes in the drive thru. When I got my food the donuts were crunchy, not fresh, and the coffee had very little sugar, I ordered extra extra. I will be finding an alternative to Dunkin.
