I bought coffee yesterday and asked for less ice. My cup was given to me incomplete. When I asked why, they said that we put less coffee because you want less ice. There is no such service. I always buy coffee from Dunkin' in Glassboro. I bought it from here for the first time. I came across it here for the first time. It is not right to make small calculations. Where is customer satisfaction?

The coffee is watered down and 4/5th milk. The coffee is never correct on the weekends.

Just sat in line for 15 minutes for 1 coffee. With one person infront of me. Never coming here again, this is terrible.

Never cooks their food, gets an attitude when you ask them to cook it, and then gives you less of the item when you ask for it to be recooked. I would avoid going here at all costs. Don’t waste your money like we did for weeks dealing with this.

I've been getting my morning coffee here for 9 years. Very very occasionally I'll get a coffee that needs to be remade...lately since the blonde girl has been making the coffee I have to get remade a lot. She looks miserable, I've heard her twice now tell her coworkers she's going to walk out on them. Everyone else is great. I have always loved this Dunkin but now when I see the blonde girl is there I walk right back out cause I know my coffee isn't going to taste good.

Prices went up again, I guess they're importing donuts now. Had to wait in line for 7 minutes in the drive thru. When I got my food the donuts were crunchy, not fresh, and the coffee had very little sugar, I ordered extra extra. I will be finding an alternative to Dunkin.

We get there at 5:30 and almost every single food option was available and kept telling us the oven was off and order taker was ultimately rude so therefore we decided to go somewhere else.

I really enjoy this particular location. The customer service is really impeccable. A major shoutout to McKenzie at this specific location (right next to Kohls). McKenzie is always such a friendly and kind person as I’ve been served by her before. She doesn’t know that today I had previously been waiting in line at the other Dunkin location across the street next to the Starbucks on 42 and no one there ever acknowledged me in the drive thru to take my order. So I left empty handed and came over to this location even though it was on the other side of the road, opposite of the direction I was traveling. McKenzie immediately lifted my spirits just by simply greeting me and on top of that even offered an incredible accommodation to me when I inquired about the pumpkin donut which happened to be sold out. You truly never know how you can be the one to positively impact someone’s day just by simply being attentive and friendly. I didn’t even expect her to go above and beyond as I was just happy to be served, and she did so much more for me! Thanks McKenzie! I hope you are recognized at work in all ways possible, for being an outstanding employee!

They wouldn’t let me use reward offers even though it says it can be used in store kept telling me it was online only and that I needed to read the sign but the sign literally says they do mobile orders and doesn’t say anything about reward offers, and i had To send back my sandwich bc they burned it after i asked Them not to.

Asked very specific questions about products and prices. Got overcharged for some garbage I didn't consume because the girl at the window nor any other human present in the store count void my order or issue a refund for the correct price. Do not recommend. Also check prices since large signs indicating a specific price were not honored.
