If I could give 0 stars or even in the negatives I would at this point I’ll never go back to this Dunkin
I ordered a iced pistachio cold brew with cream sugar and sweet cream foam I got up to the window and was handed a drink that didn’t look anything like what I ordered nor did it have the cold foam on top like I asked so I asked for cold foam well the guy rolled his eyes and the lady next to him rolled her eyes so hard that she almost fell over. I got my cup back with what looked like not even cold foam on top I don’t even want to know what it is at this point but I’ll never ever go back. The service is horrendous, staff is unprofessional and the food/drinks are made half assed

My morning spot for me and connor before school throughout the week.
I started going to this location because the usual one I go to on my way to work. The coffee never tasted right. I went to this one. Coffee is good. Donuts are fresh however, the older guy working the window Is awful he’s beyond rude. I initially chalked it up to him having a bad day but after today, I’m convinced he’s just a jerk when you approach the window no hello, good morning not even how much i owe. Today I place my order with a lovely girl in the drive-through I pull up to the window to pay. He barely opens the window to scan my phone and take my card. My box of donuts that I bought for my coworkers comes up. He tries to squeeze it through the little gap. He opened it, just enough to turn my donuts to the side and push them through the hole he takes my card, hand it back not a word it said, he then handed me my coffee to which I checked because the other day he gave me the wrong order I hand it back. I say it’s wrong. The girl that took my order knew it was wrong. She was waiting for my drink. He tried me to hand me the same wrong drink i hand the drink back twice I kept telling him no it’s wrong. Finally, the girl me hands me my correct drink. He’s just unpleasant I go to dunkin everyday, spend a lot of money at dunkin and I most definitely wont be a regular at this location.
The other workers are great but the never handle the drive through unfortunately, this man should be put out of range from the public until he learns how to act.

I used to come here daily but it’s gone steadily down hill since changing ownership. They consistently mess up orders and forget items. I find they are also out of the most basic foods items (ie donuts) even earlier in the day. The line is typically slow as a result. The final straw was when I got horrible food poisoning a few months ago after having a breakfast sandwich from here. There is another Dunkin a short drive down the street that is WAY better and a Starbucks in the same shopping center. Don’t waste your time (or stomach) at this location.

My mother and I usually stop at Dunkin to get a Hazlenut Frozen Coffee when we're done shopping. It's part of our shopping routine ❤️

Hands down the best dunk in location ever. The assistant manager Jeremy is such a professional and overall nice dude. Huge supporter of first responders. Takes the time to know his daily customer and always has a smile. Great staff here

I went thru the drive thru and there was one car in front of me and I waited over 10 minutes. Then I received my order of 2 large iced decaff cocoa mocho lattes and my cups were not even filled all the way and they used flat lids instead of the dome lids to put the whipped cream. This is not the first time this has happened to me and if I spend this much on a coffee I expect my cup to be filled. I will not be going back to Dunkin...very upset I have been going to Dunkin for at least 20 years and the service as well as the coffee is just going down hill. I tried another Dunkin about 5 days ago and I ordered a large hot decaff sugar that had grinds in it. You can't tell me they couldn't see that when they poured it. I am really sad that this happened and am very disappointed.

they always manage to get my order wrong every single time. once i asked for a cold foam caramel iced coffee and there was no cold foam on there. the guy on the drive thru was yelling at my father. do me a favor and fire that guy!!!! HIRE BETTER
