Coffee was on par for Dunkins. Quick in and out. Clean establishment in convenient location. Looks like every Dunkin I’ve been to. Neutral feeling. I’d go again.

My boyfriend and I went into this Dunkin to get some coffee, we got up to the counter to see the menu and was asked to take our order. We needed another moment and the woman at the counter walked away and never came back. We waited 10 minutes after trying to get her and the other workers attention to get our order. We got tired of waiting and ordered on the pad at the counter. We waited another 10 minutes to get our coffees and wasn’t said another word to. On the other hand, the coffees were made pretty well.

Found hair in my drink, it was a very long strand of hair too. Also, the guy talking through the drive through was rude, enough to make someone not want to come back. I’m already not coming back because of the hair in my drink. Don’t go to this location there’s another one close by.

We ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwiches, but my sandwich had a slice of unmelted cheese.
I asked if they could melt the cheese in the microwave, and one of the staff members took my sandwich—not to the kitchen or microwave, but to another area out of sight. If you’re familiar with this store, the kitchen and microwave are near the drive-thru on the left, but he walked all the way to the far right, past the self-order/register area. I was confused, wondering where he was going.
When he returned, my sandwich was exactly the same—cheese still unmelted. At that point, I called another staff member and requested a refund instead.

Worst service ever - 1st I sat at the drive thru speaker to no response after several minutes. Then I waited behind a car for 5 minutes to be served ahead of me to be told by an incredibly rude employee that I have to go back through to order a tea. Usually a great place to, but this employee was unacceptable.

EVERY single time I come here my hot coffee is cold. Not asking for much other than a hot coffee yet that can’t seem to happen

always gets the order wrong
My drink is always different and wrong even though I get the same thing everyday of the week.When they hand it to me you can either see it looks off or the paper on cup don't have the ingredients I asked for.There is a man usually in drive thru that used to be very nice but even he has had a nasty attitude and when you ask if the drink is correct they are very dismissive. I give up on this location I hate spending money and my order being wrong most the time!

I came in with a mobile order, grabbed my stuff once i get ti the door my drink explodes and falls on the ground, turns out they handed me a broken cup I try to tell them what happened and they ignore me like they weren't right there when it happened then make me wait five minutes for my new drink(it was not busy). terrible attitude terrible service i could have kept driving to the glassboro dunkin

They don’t bag the doordash items, which is odd because people could mess with your stuff

I come here almost every morning before work and always see the same guy. My coworker and I love him. He never messes up and always gives us napkins, forks, etc. Love himmmm!!!
One time my car even broke down & he helped pushed it.
