My boyfriend and his family love to order from here, and we typically do as a group once a week. Food is good and reasonably priced. We pick up and it's usually in a timely manner. Well, yesterday we ordered as usual and everything seemed good. I went to eat leftover spaghetti and meatballs today. As I bit into the meatball and started chewing, I bit into a piece of metal! I included a picture of the metal below. I'm a bit horrified because I ordered the meal for my six-year-olds and it could have been very serious. Needless to say, we won't be ordering from them anymore. I'm really disappointed because they were our go-to place every weekend. I hope they do better in the future.

Love Franks Pizza! Decent prices, amazing pizza and food, and wonderful service. Never had delivery before, only done pickup. Usually get a plain pie with a side of fries. Always enjoyable. Always coming back! (Regular size pizza and fries in background lol). For new years celebration.

Very disappointed in our order we had delivered to our house. The fries were cold, the menu didn't say there was onions on my wrap. I can't eat onions or have them on what I'm going to eat. Took almost a hr to get here and my fiance ordered crabcake sandwich and all that came was two crabcakes fries and not on a sandwich. Was not worth the $28.70 they charged me. Will not be ordering from them again.

Delicious sauce on the Gramma's pizza! We both enjoyed the pizza!
Place was just bad. Went in on the 4th of July for a single slice and had to wait in line for 15 minutes because they make you wait in line even when you wait for your order. The old hag that works there was rude and tried to keep my change then got defensive saying that I was lying when I asked for it. The change was one single dollar. There was a guy who I saw walk in 30 minutes before I did and was still there when I ordered.

Pizza was very soggy and had tons of oil in middle of pizza. The meat was all to one side of pizza. We called to get refund and the owner Tara was so nasty. She did nothing to fix situation. Said driver most of drove to fast and also the sauce was tomatoe sauce not Buffalo. Never going back again.

Ordered from here multiple times and have always had an issue. Between the incompetent delivery driver, the uncaring staff and the OK food, I'd give my money to Pizza Hut first.
