Another yearly visit and another excellent visit!!!
My fieldtrip friends and I love to visit the area for berry picking in the summer and apple picking in fall… we always visit Long Valley Brew for lunch… we always have delicious food and great service… Today, the hottest day of the year so far and Max was amazing!!!
He brought us plenty of water when we arrived, constantly, yet politely checked in on us -we never waited long for any request!!

When visiting be sure to always check out one of the hard ciders and pick something off the special menu- you’ll never be disappointed!!! Be sure to order the pretzel sticks and calamari!!

Came here with friends on Memorial Day, place was absolutely packed to no surprise.

Food : we ordered a peach bruschetta with goat cheese, and German pretzel, which were both very good appetizers. The peach bruschetta was especially nice for comfortable spring day. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, which was actually perfectly balanced flavor wise. I also really enjoyed the fries

Service: because they were absolutely packed, we didn’t get helped immediately with ordering, but our waitress was super kind and constantly checking in on us telling that she would be there and saying that she apologizes, which is a sign of great service me but she did not have to apologize for anything.

Ambiance: this is a great place to sit outside and eat at on a nice day. Plenty of patio seating, I was only briefly inside, but look like there was a lot of seating inside as well.

Enjoyed dinner outside. Lovely outdoor seating with plenty of umbrellas. My calamari was tasty & my husband enjoyed the turkey club.

Wonderful stop for late lunch. Outstanding sauerbraten, crispy yet moist duck, tasty cabbage. Attentive waitstaff despite it being middle of the day in the middle of the week. But the IPA brewed onsite was not excellent. Nice outdoor area with comfortable chairs and the indoor was darkish, quiet and conducive to conversation.
Would love to have found some shops or a garden nearby afterward so we could then return for desserts and coffee!

This place is beautiful and I loved the overall vibe. The food was wonderful. I highly recommend the pork chop. The mashed potatoes were the best I have ever had. My fiancƩ loved the German food options. The pretzel sticks were a bit underwhelming-you would expect a big German pretzel and the beer cheese was not good. The service was not great unfortunately. The waitress was working both inside and outside and we barely ever saw her. She never came to check on us or ask us if we needed anything. We always had to flag her down and ask for drinks or anything else. I think rethinking the set up and have people work inside or outside would be better. It might take more staff but the overall experience for the customer would be better.

Great service. Excellent customer service from our server Enzo. Food was great. We can’t wait for better weather to come back and seat at the patio with our doggie.

My husband and I have been coming to the Brew pub for 16 years, we want to love this place like we used to but it’s gone down hill and I don’t think we’ll be back. The food is expensive and not good, the French onion soup was mostly oil and hardly any broth with about a table spoon of thyme, it was inedible and I had to send it back. It’s sad to see one of our favorite places not shine like it used to.

Burgers were okay, nothing special. The chicken sandwich lacked something, couldn't quite put my finger on it.

The beers on tap were okay as well. The stout was good. Not a bad spot if you're in the area and are looking for a burger and beer.

Enjoyed a meal yesterday as a car club I'm in ended their annual "scavenger hunt" here. To me, the food was great. Burger had great taste and size, the balsamic chicken sando was also tasty and the fries were among the best I've ever had. Service (upstairs where the club had reserved space) was fine given the large group. Bathrooms were a bit underwhelming. Overall layout is pretty interesting, with two indoor levels plus an outdoor bar and seating area. I'm a little surprised at some other reviews here as that wasn't my experience. If this wasn't 90+ minutes from home, I'd definitely try this place again.

The food was not good at all. Even worse, the manager was extremely rude to an elderly woman dining at a table near ours. We won’t be going back, and we’re warning people we know. We usually give food a second chance- there are off days- but there’s no excuse for the how nasty the manager was.

staff ESPECIALLY the manager are SO beyond unprofessional and rude. I see this place going out of business soon honestly. Manager is probably one of the nastiest people I’ve dealt with in a while.

Was looking for a brewery with some good food. We found this place after a brief search. The food was great, I had the German Reuben, my wife had the fajita salad.
Service was great and we didn’t wait terribly long. I would come again for sure ?

Not very good. Great atmosphere, decent service but not great. Food was the worst we’ve had in a while.
Sauerbraten was dried out, like it was sitting. My wife had the veal schnitzel, no taste, bland lacked proper flavor. The bathrooms were absolutely gross. It seems it’s being run by a bunch of inexperienced young adults. It’s evident in all aspects of our dining experience. Not our first time here but definitely the last.
