This McDonald's is the worst McDonald's anywhere. Guy in drive thru very rude. The manager ..Adam..was extremely unhelpful & made my 6 yr old grandson cry. Definitely unacceptable! He was not willing or knowledgeable enough to help the situation. He made it worst than it should have been. Adam needs more training for his position.

Third time in 3 weeks that they messed up my order. I'll order two sandwiches, they give me one. I'll order two hashbrowns, I only get one. Today after giving my order, it was up on the screen wrong. I corrected them before rolling forward. I got my meal, checked the bag, missing items. Knocked on the window and waiting for the missing item to be replenished. This is my go to location since its on my way to work. Its been functioning pretty flawlessly for the past 12+ years, but the past 3 months something has gone wrong and I dont know when they will fix it.

Placed an order at delsea drive Sewell mcdonalds and fries are cold. They didn’t give me collector cups I ordered meals for them. My burger on my quarter pounder looks like someone pieces of it and they put it back together.

came in tonight (8/14) and the blonde girl (didn’t catch her name :( ) was so extremely helpful! definitely one of the better McDonald’s around
Dining room never open, why bother having a dining room if you only do drive-thru orders.
