we placed a VERY large order for a birthday party (12 burgers and fries plus 80 nuggets) and not only was the service lightning fast but when the online payment was confusing, we were PATIENTLY helped! This may be the hidden gem McDonald’s staff in NJ! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Mobile ordered separately because my friend was in the car rather than venmo each other. Have done this before at other locations. They made us go back around in the drive thru line even though it was 2 separate app accounts and the order was already made cause its a mobile order, just because we were in the same car?? thanks so the wasting my time and yours.

You HAVE to check ALL items in the bag!! Ordered breakfast and they didn't bother to put ANY syrup in bag for 2 orders of Big Pancakes 🥞 breakfast! Every time I go SOMETHING is missing from order and they are not cheap for you to eat dry pancakes. VERY Disappointed. They used to be good but now it's just how quickly they can move that line and not check the orders apparently or run out and don't want to lose the order so just hand you the bag?

I WILL NOT even give them 1 star food is absolutely disgusting. My son got food poisoning from either the milkshake or the nuggets. They need to held accountable for the absolutely disgusting equipment they use. Hey guys sanitize your milkshake machine in other word CLEAN IT!!!!

Used to be good. Long wait times. Just for orders to never be correct. Ive accepted the money lost because people can't make simple orders properly. Not the first time. Multiple times trying to keep giving them a try and every time is disappointment

This McDonald’s never gets my doordash order correct and always forgets major items. I just ordered a meal and a 10 piece nugget meal and they forgot my entire 10 piece nugget. I worked at McDonald’s so I know it’s not that hard if you know what you’re doing.
