Ordered breakfast on the app confirmed I was there at 10:52 AM. There was a line of about four or five cars in front of me by the time I got to the window it was 11:02 and the lady proceeded to tell me that breakfast was over at 11 o’clock. I needed to be there before 11 in which I confirmed with her multiple times. I was there in the drive-through line at 10:52 said I was there. I was just waiting for the cars in front of me to go. She said it doesn’t matter. I didn’t get to her window till after 11 when again it was 11:02 AM and the orders were already confirmed that I was there at 10:52. I asked to speak to a manager in which she confirmed she was the manager, and she would not give me her name and proceeded to tell me she did not have too I have my seven-year-old son in the car with me the whole time this is her do not go there. She is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Litterally wouldn’t give me a receipt showing my order was canceled then since they wouldn’t give it to me, tell me her name, then shut the door in my face and started bringing other people‘s orders out by hand so me and my son just sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes for nothing.pic attached is the manager who slammed the door in my face as I was trying to take this picture. Terrible service, the employees don’t even look at you! I spent minutes waiting just for them to give me a bag and I literally had to scream that I just needed the bag.

McDonald's was clean, but the furniture was a bit run-down, as the pictures show. The McDonald's was relatively empty. Maybe five customers. The food was okay, and the ice cream mix was a real one-to-one mix of ice cream and Smarties. The restrooms were clean! There's an outside area to eat! Tray service at this restaurant is limited to people writing louder at the front counter.

This is one of the most deplorable McDonald's I've ever been it. It is absolutely FILTHY. Every surface is sticky, full of crumbs or food. The tables look like they haven't been wiped off in weeks. There was barbecue sauce all over the floor and a few napkins thrown on top. Chicken nuggets all over the floor. My flipflops stuck to the floor and I almost walked out of it. Even the trash cans are full and broken. The staff is rude. I dunno if it's the hellhole environment or just the fact they're so busy they can't keep their head on straight.
I will never, ever return to this McDonald's, no matter how thirsty or hungry I am... I'd rather share parking lot scraps with the crows in another chain.
