McDonald's was clean, but the furniture was a bit run-down, as the pictures show. The McDonald's was relatively empty. Maybe five customers. The food was okay, and the ice cream mix was a real one-to-one mix of ice cream and Smarties. The restrooms were clean! There's an outside area to eat! Tray service at this restaurant is limited to people writing louder at the front counter.

This is one of the most deplorable McDonald's I've ever been it. It is absolutely FILTHY. Every surface is sticky, full of crumbs or food. The tables look like they haven't been wiped off in weeks. There was barbecue sauce all over the floor and a few napkins thrown on top. Chicken nuggets all over the floor. My flipflops stuck to the floor and I almost walked out of it. Even the trash cans are full and broken. The staff is rude. I dunno if it's the hellhole environment or just the fact they're so busy they can't keep their head on straight.
I will never, ever return to this McDonald's, no matter how thirsty or hungry I am... I'd rather share parking lot scraps with the crows in another chain.

Just wanted to thank the manager. I took my 5 year old granddaughter here and she was disappointed in the prize in her happy meal. It was the one she wanted. She asked the manager for the one she wanted . He took the time to go in his back room and look for that particular one and came out and gave it to her . She went to hand him the first one but he said she could keep both (I’m sure he didn’t want t back after she played with it 15 minutes lol) . She was trilled and I was pleased not to have an unhappy face for the remainder of the day. Thank you Manager of Cross Keys McDonald’s !
They will only give you your food from a mobile order after you call corporate. They told me I ordered at another store when I didn’t and told me they couldn’t give me my food, I came in and called corporate right in front of them and they magically found my online order

Went there an hour ago. Asked for 2 sweet teas with lemons. We get our drinks with no lemons. We tell them there were no lemons and we were charged for them. Well our food was not ready so we had to drive up to the entrance to wait. Before we do we ask for lemons a second time. Get our food that was overcooked and no lemons. It’s not that hard.
