Ordered food online but never received it. When I called to check on the status, I was met with a rude response from the owner. They refused to issue a refund despite the order not being delivered and offered no communication or updates about any issues. It’s disappointing — this used to be a great spot, but sadly it's another place losing its standards. Dudes definitely a stiff.

A family stops off visiting NY. The ribs were very meaty, smoky flavor, and tender. The sauce was questionable. Not our liking. I recommend it.

Got the pulled pork with a side of fries and beans. The pork tasted so much of vinegar and nothing else. There also was not nearly enough sauce to go around for the amount of meat they served. The fries were fine, but bland. The beans were very dry. The positives were that it was a good portion of food, the place was clean, and the servers were nice and on top of things. However, I will not be returning anytime soon. The food quantity was there, but the quality was not.

I’ve been a regular at Memos for weeks now, so I really thought they’d have a better handle on getting my order right. But nope. Somehow, they managed to forget the main part of the meal—the meat. I mean, it’s not like the meat is a side dish or something minor, right? It’s the whole point of the meal.
When I contacted them about it, their response was basically “it is what it is.” Oh, really? Well, it isn’t what I paid for. I didn’t order a box of mixed vegetables; I ordered a full meal, with meat included. And, of course, no refund. Why would I expect that after being a regular customer?
I guess this really shows where their priorities lie. If you’re looking for a place that actually values its customers and delivers what they promise, Memos isn’t the place. It’s clear they just don’t care. Safe to say, I won’t be back.

do not, and I can’t stress this enough, DO NOT get their rice and shrimp meal… it’s extremely horrendous ? mind you, when i was eating here the place was unsanitary and I’m pretty sure i saw a cockroach crawling around… please do not come here it is extremely unprofessional. If i could rate the whole experience a 0 i would, but I GUESS a 1 star rating would suffice. never again.

Food probably would have been better had we eaten there as opposed to take out. Tostones I think sat a little long and were hard. The spanish steak and rice were not bad.. rice was a little undercooked.

Food was good, but I feel it was over priced for the amount of food given. Similiar places where I'm from in somerset county give you more food for less cost, with the sa.e taste. I'm guessing since they don't have a competitors in the area, they can price there food a bit more. For example the Grilled Garlic shrimp had 8 regular sized shrimp and thats it, no sides or anything it cost $13.00.
We came after a hike for a lunch. They served us well and fast. Memo came to say hi to us and we talked about dogs. The food was amazing, so delicious and fresh. Prices are reasonable. Great place to go!
Vegetarian options: There were lots of options to choose from for vegetarians and kids.

absolutely will never spend a dime here ever again we had stopped by dairy queen next door and they had no restroom so me and my son walked next door to Memo’s and explained why we were there and we asked to use the restroom and the owner refused us to use the restroom even though i told him we eat frequently at his restaurant he still insisted we could not use his bathroom and i let him know we would never return. we drove to burger king and used the restroom. we also returned to dairy queen to complain as to why they serve food but do not have a restroom. we should have just used the restroom in memos and walked out and again i will never return they have lost me as a customer forever
