Usually very happy with the place service was poor and there were people sitting next to us that had a dog with them sitting on a seating in the booth right next to us was not a service dog we were not happy to see that when the dog was sitting on the chair on in the booth very unsanitary think twice before we go back and we like their food

Absolutely unprofessional I had ordered food and had it delivered the food I got should have totaled 37.35 plus tax the driver was in a hurry when he ran my card so he gave me my card and started to walk away so I said hey what about your tip he said I skipped that part and got in his car, so he didn't get a tip odd, I look at my statement the next day and got billed 62.57 and when I called to ask why I got yelled at and cursed at and told nothing is for free like I did something wrong so all I can say is I hope it was worth the 25 buck that they added for driving 1 mile because I will never go back not to mention iv been going there for 5 year or better and never not tipped hope it was worth it

Charged a 1.69 for a cup of tartar sauce and frozen garden's fish. Buffalo chicken Cesar salad... but forgot the lettuce. Could see the bottom of container and bacon fries had a slice of bacon. Not crumbled or multiple pieces. All for the price of over $50. Sorry not coming back.

Called the restaurant around 12:15 to place an order for pickup at 1pm. They asked if I wanted them to make it then, as it would "only take 15 minutes". I informed them that I would be leaving for work around 1 and picking it up on my way. When I arrived at 1pm, I paid for my food, but was still made to wait almost 20 minutes for my food to be ready. The brisket itself was okay, but the coleslaw lacked flavor and the beans were a tiny bit on the soggy side.
You come here for the food, not the atmosphere. It is some of the best burgers I have ever had! You ask for it rare and the chef will cook it rare. Truly a hidden gem!

Interesting blend of a menu.You’re thinking BBQ but most of the menu is American grill, freezer options to derp fry and Mexican.Brisket dinner- with beans and coleslaw. The brisket had a nice amount of fat mixed in. The beef was a bit dry however their sauce was good on it. Ask for extra sauce. Beans were well seasoned and not from a can, they still had texture and bite. Slaw had nice flavor and the celery seed was a good sign. Unfortunately it was soupy. I poured off 3oz of dressing.Cuban sandwich was made and grilled accurately. Fries were visibly seasoned with coarse salt and some pepper.

Wanted to like place but at least what we was really not good? Pulled pork dinner both the pork and fries really no taste! Two meals $32 not really close to what I expected per other reviews and being it's like a mile from house really wanted it to goodSorry not sure if I go back
