Ott's On The Green Bar & Grill

Was up here for the first time Sunday night for gameshow palooza tournament, walked in greeted delightfully by the hosts who showed us different options of seating, we chose the first bar inside. Took a while for bartender to acknowledge us and not even a smile on her face, no personality, and terrible service. We were ready to order, took about 30 min to get her to come over to us to place it. Food came out, 10/10 delicious only reason I’d ever come back is the French dip. Didn’t check on us once to see how food was& it was like pulling teeth to get her attention to get a box. We are both bartenders ourselves and were baffled someone who clearly has no interest in the bar or guests that’s tipping her is working there.you should be conversing with all these new faces to bring them back in as regulars. Disappointed but shoutout to the hosts and the kitchen staff for the better half of service.

We’ve been going to Ott’s for years — it’s always great for a quick bite. The food is consistently good, and I especially love the taco salad. The back room by the fireplace is my favorite spot to sit and relax. Highly recommend! Service is always great too!

Everything was over fried with no taste, floors were sticky

We poured concrete that morning and even though we cleaned up a little we stopped for a late lunch, everyone was cool at the main bar then we went out to the patio, didn't feel like we were out of place of not welcome, wasn't told we might be more comfortable at the garage bar across the parking lot lol

My bestie and I decided to go eat ( all you can eat crab legs ) yesterday (wed) . Our waitress was a disaster , every time they would bring out legs they were small , missing parts we couldn't believe it . The tables around us were all getting big pieces except us !!! She never told us about the French fry table ( help yourself ) . We had to ask for everything. We even had to ask for our bucket to be emptied. While she catered to her other one table she had . No she didn't deserve a tip in my opinion but I left 10 bucks , it would of been a lot more if we were treated like everyone else there . NEVER WILL WE BE GOING BACK THERE !!!! AND WE WILL BE TELLING OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO STAY CLEAR OF THAT PLACE .

Stay away on fridays n Saturdays. Lines form. Due to head count and security does nothing as people cut the line. Even state trooper stands there n does nothing. So it gets longer not shorter. Bad security poorly run makes for a high chance of a bad night when stuff happens. Food always decent and bartenders do a great job.

We ordered steak sandwiches at $19.00 each. There was a lot of roll and very little meat. Disappointing for sure. It began to rain and no one offered us an umbrella. We had to find and put up an umbrella ourselves.
