I ordered on doordash and both the box and bag came open. Naturally, I called the store to see what that was about because I don’t know the dasher and anyone could’ve done anything to my food. The manager was very aggressive, had a nasty attitude and kept talking over me. I wanted to come in the store and he wanted me to get a refund from doordash, I tried explaining that doordash refunds take 5-7 days to be processed. He then says “Well I’m not giving you a free order.” I told him that since it was his fault that he should. He tried being smart and asked a rhetorical question and when I answered he hung up when he knew he was in the wrong.

I just left I bought a pretzel. After the young man handed me the pretzel I let him know that the pretzel felt hard. He walked away hand me another one. No acknowledgment....at all , which was very rude. I asked for the free spicy mustard. I was told there was no bottle to fill it up with. After paying for a small mustard which was .75 and a pretzel and no offer to throw in the mustard I left. You'll get a tip when you learn customer service.. I won't be back for a while... needless to say.

More than 4 hours after opening there were workers inside on their phones, doors were locked, lights were on, and they wouldnt answer the phone..

I LOVE this location! I can’t say enough positive things about it. Extremely clean, accommodating, patient, fresh and DELICIOUS! I had the best experience with Mason and Yazmehene. They helped me to make a hungry Girl Scout troop of over 22 girls extremely happy for their meeting! 100/10 recommend! And for any Burlington County people now living near this location ….THEY HAVE BOOST SLUSHYS!!! RUN DONT WALK TO THIS STORE!

Parking: Right out side of the entrance. Easily accessible.

Kid-friendliness: Very patient with a few indecisive kiddos! Much appreciated!

Wheelchair accessibility: I am a below the knee amputee and parking was a breeze for me at this location!

The Manager has no people skills. If you want to wait in a long line and then leave with no food because the manager doesn’t know how to check a $100 bill then this place is great for you . Also as soon as you walk in the door - watch your step .
