We don’t have any Rita’s where we live in Massachusetts. We hope that will someday change. We are willing to travel to support our “Rita’s addiction”. It’s never a disappointment and always 5-star. No matter which location we stop at - and we’ve visited quite a few - their desserts and specialty foods are always a huge treat.

My fiancé and I love going to this Rita’s! They have the best customer service and the owner is amazing! I would recommend always coming to this Rita’s and get the best service!

Was up that way visiting my daughter and a doctor's appointment so we stopped in to Rita's for some refreshing Water Ice it was so hot out it was melting as fast as I could eat it if I had to look for something bad to say would be there was no benches to sit outside but I believe that's up to the shopping center or maybe because of covid data benches away I really don't know
