As a Midwestern-er it is always a shock each time I am out in NJ and get a pizza! This is the best pizza I have put in my mouth within the past year!

Our first time ordering from Sal's. I called in a large order for pickup. Everything was accurate, ready on time, hot & delicious! Salvatore was awesome and even honored the online Sunday discount. Thank you, we will be back!

Prices are high. Other than that, it's good.
I had a few slices of their pizza w eggplant (I forget what other veggies) on it and UGH IT WAS SO GOOD!! Their garlic knots are also really tasty :)
We order from Sals 1-2 times every week and have tried pretty much everything on the menu. Our favorites are the cheesesteak, chicken parm sandwich, chicken Cesar salad and buffalo chicken pizza. The wings are very good too- Especially if you get the garlic buffalo sauce. They seem to have the most reasonable prices around too. Everyone that works there is friendly and the food is made quickly. I highly recommend Sals!

I usually give places the benefit of the doubt, but Sal’s Pizza really disappointed me. I tried the Sicilian pizza, and honestly, it was the worst I’ve had in town. The crust and overall taste felt like I was eating a frozen pizza that had just been reheated.
The top of the pizza looked great. The sauce to cheese ratio was good. Unfortunately the bottom of the crust was burnt which made it tough to chew and ruined the taste of every slice.
Food is 50/50 I got wings the last time i ordered and they were good. This time they were over fried and dried out. Food used to be the best around now it's mediocre at best. What a shame.
