Not bad, however
I do doordash. When I arrived there. They told me to go outside at 2nd window. There was literally no customers inside the store. So i went outside to pick up order and they were laughing at me like i am not human. No response at window. I was helpless there. And I never felt disrespected in that way in my life. They were hiding behind the wall and laughing at me because i was literally walking around 1st window to 2 window nobody told me they are still working on it. And when I knocked at window they said it’s getting ready and started laughing again. They handed me the order I asked for manager he said nothing happened i gave you your order you can go. I hope they not treating the customers same way they treating dasher.
Great ice-cream, lots of seating, wide selection of other foods, relaxing atmosphere.
First time visiting scoops and it awesome! The ice cream was amazing and the service excellent!
owner pay attention what your staff is doing..they need better training and a couple need an attitude adjustment....young girls wearing shorts with their azz hanging out..raw funnel cake ...ice cream and water ice melt down waiting on funnel cake.should be trained not to pour ice cream etc until funnel cake is done..spoke with owner..said oil was not hot enough..would never go here again that's for sure..
My grandkids love this place so do i....keep up the great work
They taking so much for DoorDash Guys and Coustmers also and they are not doing job inside they wasting time and note - if the store saw the rating I may appreciate it .
