Ordered 2 chicken Caesar salads from door dash. When it arrived, the chicken wasn't grilled as expected like it typically is from Pat's. It was stale chopped crispy tenders and hardly any. Will never order from here again.

This is the second time I'm here and there isn't a table for one. I was told I could sit at the end of one of the large tables . Twice the waitress came over and said she would be right back. I then ordered my food at the counter, the cashier said she was putting it through. Then the waitress came over again, wanted to know if I wanted fries on the side of my sandwich, I said yes I told her sweet potato fries.

Always a good meal at Select! From their wings to their cheesesteaks to their lettuce wraps to their other sandwiches, we have not had a bad meal here so far.
I would really like their ordering system to be a little more robust to accept things like notes on a particular sandwich or extra meat or some things like that

Thank you for your response! We contacted the manager on shift that evening, but he was unwilling to rectify the situation. He did not offer a solution or any other method of solving the problem. He genuinely did not seem interested in providing satisfactory customer service. If our business is not important to this establishment, we understand. In the future, we will explore other options.

Our staff ordered more than one hundred dollars worth of food from the Washington Township location for a staff meeting tonight, and we also gave a generous tip. However, we could not enjoy the meal because we did not receive plastic ware. When we phoned the restaurant, no solution to the situation was offered. The man we spoke to at the restaurant implied they expected us to have available utensils. Considering the delivery was at a college, this expectation did not make sense. The restaurant was well aware they were delivering to a business, not a residence. Delivering such generous portions of food without utensils is in poor taste. We will not be ordering from this establishment again.
