I'm not exactly sure who this is but it's someone who does the headset and change at the window and i believe is a new young male, every time I have come recently he takes my order and will cut me off before I can even finish ordering I will ask if he got everything because he talks over me and he says yes, then proceeds to get my order wrong, this is the third time this exact thing happened.

Crazy how I was asked to tip on a drive-thru order ONLY because I was using a debit card. Not saying it may not have been deserved or not. But how do you ask the customers paying cash? Or do you just not. Coffee was great....after the 20 min wait. I get it...it was mid day. The tip thing really has me boggled and would really like to know the approach for cash customers in the drive thru

I had mobile ordered an iced coffee with nondairy cold foam, but they were out of nondairy cold foam. they offered me another cold foam option, but I am dairy free so they offered to still give me my drink and refund me. they were very nice and gave me multiple options to fix my order! I definitely recommend this location :) my drink was still good without the cold foam and they put a sweet note on my cup. great service!

We placed a mobile order and when i went to grab our order i only picked up our drinks and forgot the food. Later when i went back to grab our food, Kim immediately asked what i needed and put our order back in while handling everything else that she needed to at the time. She was so nice and very good at her job. You could tell the whole team was working well together.

Been to this location numerous times. The staff are great and the coffee is consistent. What isn’t consistent though, is the hours. Business hours say they open at 5. It’s 5:30 there’s a line and no one at the intercom.

When you walk in, it often feels like you're an inconvenience to the staff. Whether it's busy or slow, there's rarely a greeting or any sense of customer service. There's also no consistency in how drinks are made, which is especially frustrating considering the high prices and the added wait time if a drink needs to be remade. However, my main concern is the overall cleanliness of this Starbucks location. There are flies everywhere — frequently landing on customers’ cups. This isn’t a one-time issue; it's been going on for quite some time, and yet nothing seems to be done about it. It’s incredibly unsanitary and honestly unacceptable for any food or beverage establishment.

TH, THE EVERYDAY WOMAN INC (LadyTH)
The incredibly attentive and polite service makes up for the fact that the last few times my cheese and fruit plate has been less than fresh...however outdoor seating is always friendly and dogs are a PLUS. The atmosphere is chill and seems to be plentiful with customers. The drive through can get very busy so be kind and occasionally pay it forward by paying for the single guy behind you that had to wait for your fancy 4 person order with food and their very adorable new Raccoon cake pops. It goes along way for your barista's sanity and the line speeding up. It can be a tight parking lot but plenty in the next lot over. Go for an afternoon solo trip after grocery at Acme or Shop rite. Meet for an early evening date...whatever the occasion, this location will do.
