We were planning a Donut with Grown Ups event at Wedgwood school for the third graders. I called and spoke with Millie the store manger about possibly getting donated or discounted coffee for the grown ups so we’d be able to spend more on the kids. Millie was so sweet and this store generously donated more than enough coffee (plus fixings) for our PTO sponsored event!! We even got to share the extra with the teachers & staff!! Thank you so much!!

Just wanted to share my opinion. The Clover machine probably isn’t a good idea. I’ve ordered a 2 drink order past few orders. First is a latte which is ready when I get there. I usually order 15-20 minutes in advance. But the clover coffee isn’t done. It’s taking 25 minutes to get a coffee, it’s just coffee. And the app doesn’t give me another option. Today, ordered at 9:49a and still waiting for clover coffee at 10:16. Might wanna go back to regular brew.

Every time I've come here, rain or shine, weekday or weekend, there is a drive through line completely wrapped around the entire parking lot and out the exit of the parking lot...& it doesn't move fast. Ordered 30 mins ago and still waiting. At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt because maybe they get a lot of orders with low staff...but I've seen WAY busier Starbucks and Dunkin's that don't have this issue. They have enough staff but are just disorganized. It's coffee and prepackaged food, not rocket science. They need better management here. Especially with the prices Starbucks wants to charge the public, they need to have it together at ALL of their locations.

The worst Starbucks. Sadly it the closest one to my job so I have no choice due to time to go there and nothing is ever consistent. The drinks and food are all made differently than what every other Starbucks makes. They always have so many people working there but they have no organization so it doesn’t even matter. You will wait and there is always a line and I have been to much more populated and busy locations and they don’t look like this one. They never have the new cup releases either. Everyone that works there has an attitude and looks like they hate their job and it makes for a very unpleasant environment. I guess leaning how to be professional is wasted in Washington township.

I went through the drive-through and they asked for a tip before I could even pay. Why would I tip before I receive my order. and why should I pay a tip at drive-through when they are not waiting on me like a waiter or waitress would. I don’t mean to sound cheap, and I did leave a tip more so because I was afraid they would spit in my drink if I didn’t. But why should I leave a tip just for ordering a coffee that is already over priced.

This is my local Starbucks and for the last few years it’s atrocious how many flies are in the store just landing all over the beverages and food. Clean up & do better
