I come here all time and i dont like to make problems, however, everytime i ask for light ice, i never get light ice and I’ve had to have the employees remake it several times and ive just given up. It also seems to depend who is working around 4-5. My drinks have tasted great thats not the issue but i just want light ice please🥲

This Isn’t my normal Starbucks. The one on Cross Keys is. This one is better and the employees are more friendly.

I showed up at this Starbucks at 5:00 AM ( First in line ) specifically for the limited edition teddy bear cup that released today. When I got there, the staff said they had one available, but once the doors opened, I was told it was already gone. Turns out, one of the employees bought it before customers even had a chance, which goes directly against Starbucks’ own policy that employees can’t purchase merchandise before the public.

It’s really disappointing to wake up early, wait patiently, and still be turned away because staff didn’t follow the rules. This kind of favoritism and poor management reflects badly on the store and makes loyal customers feel completely disrespected.

This location has the slowest drive thru. Today's visit took 20 minutes, the time before that at least 15 minutes.

The drinks come out.. ehh okay most times, but it is so cold inside that it is impossible to stay inside and get work done. It’s like they purposely are trying to make it feel like a freezer so you don’t stay. Someone else mentioned this a year ago in the reviews and they still haven’t done anything about it. Luckily, other starbucks in the area have better atmosphere and comfort to get work done.

ordered from doordash 2 ICED drinks and they both came with no ice disgraceful.. learn how to read door dash orders its not that hard. who would want a hot as piss green tea that was supposed to be iced CLICKED ON THE ICED GREEN TEA

--- i did contact door dash and they even said it was YOUR FAULT. how do you make an iced coffee or iced green tea without the ice? its not that hard is it?

the worst starbucks i've ever been to. i tried to last week and got a matcha and it was disgusting i couldn't finish it. decided to go back and give them another try and the people that work here have no customer service experience. the girl up at the front with the pink hair was more worried about being on the phone then giving her attention to customers. my drink had so much ice in it barely could even taste the drink what a waste of $10. i will never come back to this location again terrible! they need to hire new people

Courtney was an absolute angel! It’s hard to function before you have that morning coffee and she was so sweet and kind and helpful in getting my caffeine intake. She started my day off amazing

Spend a good amount of time here studying, and the staff here are very friendly. I like the fact they brought back the porcelain mugs for in-store coffee orders...
