Even when they're completely swamped- there's always good customer service. There are lots of seats, chargers at the tables and outdoor seating. My favorite Starbucks in the area by far!

Absolutely go somewhere else. At least 2 people came in with messed up orders and my drink was wrong. Place is dirty as hell. Worst starbucks around.

Worst experience I’ve had at any Starbucks on the East Coast. It should be called limited Starbucks because they couldn’t make my frappuccino at 6:40 PM when they close at 8 PM. I was given the excuse that they washed the machine after I already ordered, paid and was waiting for my drink. I asked if that was normal because I had never heard that from any other Starbucks before and the girl just struggled her shoulders and repeated that she already washed the machine. If I wanted this low quality of service, I would’ve just went to Dunkin.

First time trying it and will not be back! They forgot the caramel drizzle in my drink which resulted in it looking like apple juice with foam on top. Wont be back, staff was not as personable either. Also, coffee grinds found at the bottom of their coffee drink, watered down as well
