Don’t order a Venti here unless you like extra ice. I came through drive thru Saturday around 1:30pm and ordered a Venti (light ice) and a Grande. The barista didn’t repeat the order back, and when I got to the window she asked for payment. I handed her my card, she gave me the little machine and said, “It’s asking if you want to leave a tip,” sooo ok. .
Then she handed me two Grandes. When I corrected her, instead of apologizing she said, “I heard Grande.” She took the drink back and within seconds handed me a “Venti” — which was clearly just the same Grande poured into a bigger cup with a pile of ice added.
So yeah, I technically got my Venti… but mostly in frozen water.

The drink was not made right at all and the drink is a pre-made mix, milk and ice. They forgot the ice, such a main ingredient and of course the window girl sucked. Not only did she rush me but she asked for a tip?? Im not sure what happened today but they def got all ones. On yea the other drink I got the whip cream was runny. Never again.

Always on point . I kinda felt bad today though . A whole bunch of orders and only 3 people working . I go to a neighboring Starbucks sometimes and they usually have 6+ people. Hopefully they get a raise for their hard work holding the store down and doing a job normally more people are needed to do . Still a great store, just had to point that situation out

I love Starbucks and coming here but today specifically the workers were so nice! I accidentally ordered at another Starbucks location and felt so bad but they were so kind in my own faults and helped me with my order! Thank you guys kindness goes a long way! Also my pups said they make a mean pup cup when we go through the drive through :)

Tina is the best barista! She is so personable and bubbly! She doesn’t know me or my daughter, but she absolutely brightened her day. My daughter turned 9 yesterday no one showed up to her birthday & she was sick. ( mind you Tina didn’t know any of this ) she gave my daughter stickers and suprized her with an extra cake pop.
If you're looking for a Starbucks you can count on, this is it. Every visit brings top-notch service and flawlessly prepared goodies. My caramel macchiato was, as always, on point, and the double-smoked bacon cheddar and egg sandwich was delicious. Beyond the great food and drinks, the cafe is spacious, clean, and well-kept. Highly recommend this location for a reliable and enjoyable Starbucks experience.

This group is some of the nicest people. I never think to look at the name tags but the tall girl with the jet black hair and the one girl with the cool pink ends. Literally so sweet. The one with the pink ends seriously always lifts my days up. Keep it up guys!! From a grateful customer. ❤️
