My husband and I arrived at this Taco Bell around 9:00 pm to order food to bring home. I waited in the car with my kids while he went inside to order. After a while of waiting I decided to check inside to see what was taking so long. The time at this point was 9:50pm. As I went inside my husband was walking out no food in hand after almost an hour of waiting. He had paid for the food but never received it. They flat out skipped us and there was no crowd inside making orders only a small amount of drive thru orders. They would rather give a refund than make the order we waited an hr to get. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this Taco Bell.

So my experience at this Taco Bell I drove 30 minutes just to get Taco Bell with my family. I had my wife and kids stay in the car. I made my order over the kiosk. I waited for 35 minutes before somebody even approached me. My order was forgotten about I asked what happened. They said they couldn’t give me a straight answer. What happened? It’s obvious that they forgot about my order. Many of them looked at may not one of them asked me to help her about 35 minutes later. Instead of making it right with the food, we were given a refund and we all went home hungry I don’t see how you can just forget about an order or how an order with skipped. That’s a whole purpose of their jobs is to make orders.

Wait times for your food are flat out ridiculous. You can go into an empty dining area and expect 40-50 minutes to receive your order. If you go during “busy” time the wait is even longer.

It is everything guests enjoy from a Starbucks with way more accommodating, more affordable, more diverse made to order food options. They even serve coffee for a fraction of the cost of Starbucks. It is often quiet, and guests work remotely or charge their devices. The public bathrooms are as valued in the community as they are at Starbucks, but they are less used and so much cleaner! Outdoor seating is available year round. We are so fortunate to have an affordable restaurant walking distance for most on this side of town.
Vegetarian options: The vegan and vegetarian menu is comprehensive and easy to navigate in entirety
Parking: The lot is directly off of the highway. It prioritizes handicapped parking with a couple spaces available for anyone convenient for delivery drivers. When those spots are taken, the lot extends behind the restaurant where there's plenty of available parking
Kid-friendliness: The community environment accommodates all ages harmoniously. It's enjoyed by families and groups of teens
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility begins with prioritized parking next to the front door and continues throughout the restaurant to include a dining counter designed for wheelchairs and roomy restrooms with assistance railings
I was wrong about Taco Bell Washington, nj. Originally I judged it without trying it and even wanting the store in the hood. I was wrong. We ate there today and the protions were just right, inexpensive and delicious. The crew got it right and I paid online. Stuffed and grateful they were opened on a Sunday.
