We had a fabulous dinner with friends. The food and service were exceptional. The only negative was the noise level. They could benefit from some sound deadening panels on the ceilings.
Great good and great service from Sam! Very nice decor and good menu
Totally stumbled upon this place today after coming out of my doctors office across the street. I cannot recommend it enough. As a former bartender of 30 years in New York and working in my family‘s restaurant for many years, I can tell you this place is incredible. I could close my eyes and envision myself sitting on Mott Street in little Italy. The menu is expansive, varied and delicious. The homemade pasta was to die for and our steaks were done perfectly. Our waitress/bartender Amber was nothing short of wonderful. Will definitely be back And I just found my new favorite restaurant.
We enjoyed our quiet table and the young man who waited on our table was very polite and attentive but my dinner (Hanger Steak) lacked flavor and imagination. Next time I may keep it more simple like a salad or burger.
Seating was quick. Service was great-pointed us in a great direction and helped make some things happen for the kids. Meals were out quick. Great experience.
Appreciated the attentive service, the ability to reserve a table, the menu options were wide ranging, drinks were excellent, and did not feel rushed. A very enjoyable experience.
My group had a really great time at this restaurant. We found the food to be delicious, and we had a completely wonderful server named Cass. She was just very well suited to being a server and a true sweet young lady. Overall the restaurant ambience and food was excellent!
All the good was okay, nothing disastrous and nothing outstanding. The vegan pizza was pretty good. The bison burger was the favorite at the table.
Due to staff negligence after being properly warned multiple times, even the waitress said she would also inform the kitchen about a nut allergy, I was served a dish that was made with a hazelnut liquor. My husband and I wanted to share tiramisu . Which I ORDERED for US. Unfortunately I spent 3 days in ICU, without Smashed Olive trying to make it right. Or willing to take responsibility in the slightest. Their staff negligence is life threateningly unacceptable.
Found it underwhelming at best and very confused as to how it has such high reviews. Nothing was seasoned well and lacked any sort of flavor. For appetizers we tried the breaded brussel sprouts which were okay, but I'd bet my money that the glaze was made with the same Ken's Honey Mustard that was served with my child's chicken fingers, just mixed with maple syrup, and the bacon crumbles on top were also burnt to a crisp; the mini beef wellingtons were just sad with what tastes like Steak-Ums (somehow overdone) in the middle, a lack of mushroom duxelle or mustard flavor and undercooked puff pastry on the outside; and last my husband got hot buffalo wings which were somehow bland. For our dinners, I got the goat cheese and mushroom gnocchi, but it was bland and the goat cheese was just thrown on top instead of melted into the cream sauce. My husband got the short ribs, but that could only be described as "Friskies Shreds Catfood-like" to him and the bite I had was as if it came from a Hungry Man Salisbury Steak frozen dinner. I know the review may seem harsh, but for a such a high bill, it was not worth the cost for the flavor that was received. Better off driving to Hackettstown and eating at any of the restaurants there. Or I can just cook a more satisfying meal at home.
Our waitress was kind and attentive though so she did what the kitchen couldn't to make the meal decent.

After running errands all day, we decided to treat ourselves to dinner at this restaurant. The shrimp cocktail, with its large pawns, set the mood as we sat by the fire. The presentation of our entrees (hanger steak and short rib gnocchi) was fantastic and delicious. Our tiramisu capped off an excellent meal. BTW, Cassandra was charming and offered us some great suggestions when we ordered.
