I called over a week ago to book a reservation for 18 ppls for a special birthday. Came and the place is super congested we were touching backs with the other table. The chefs literally did NOT interact with us at all. There was nothing special about this night. He cooked our food so fast with no show at all, served the food sloppily and literally put take home boxes in front of us not even a minute after serving the food. We weren’t there an hour and they had already brought us the bill while we had just began to eat. When we asked why we were being rushed they stated because they had a lot of events scheduled and they need the table. I’m sorry but I had a reservation!!! This was an event as well! An event that cost $772 that was spent in less than an hr. Specially when we watched how the service was for another table that was already seated when we arrived who’s skin color was quiet fair compared to ours!! NEVER AGAIN!!! But to be fair the host who sat us down was actually very nice!

The staff was so welcoming and we laughed harder than we ever have at hibachi and we have been going to hibachi for years. The chef had so many new tricks and jokes we never heard before that it was so incredibly entertaining!! Best part was that the food was out of this world, so flavorful and the portions were perfect! This is our new favorite spot for hibachi and family dining.

Had Southern kickin sushi ? rolls! Spicy tuna, smoked salmon, jalapeno and cream cheese!Steak ? and Salmon hibachi with rice ?! Server made us feel at home ?! I think his name was Jack. Gotta come back for more sushi ?!

Great experience for a birthday celebration! The owner is on top of things and makes sure everything is running smooth. The food is incredible with generous portions!!Dietary restrictions: We had a peanut and shellfish allergy in our group and they accommodated without any problems.Kid-friendliness: Great for kids, because it's entertaining and they don't have to be quiet.

Here is what I love about Yashimoto, you sit down and within 10 minutes you are eating, and you main meal is being prepared. I love it, food is always good, Hibachi is the best. Thanks for good food and a good time.
