Food was good except they changed the mozzarella sticks and marinara and now they taste terrible. The mozzarella sticks were bland and tasted like cheap cheese and the marinara tastes like it went bad.
Stay away from the mozzarella sticks and you should be fine.

I don’t know what was better. Christine or the food. She was working her butt off tonight along with another gentleman doing everything from working in the cash register to working in the kitchen to working the drive-through. This is one of the best Arby’s in the state. The food was fantastic. There was a couple sitting behind me that comes here from Staten Island. Once a month they told me the roast beef is cooked to perfection but I can’t get over Christine. Working 100 miles, an hour, doing everything under the sun and extremely polite. I hope the owner appreciates how hard she works because she definitely deserves a raise. Two people running a restaurant including a drive-through and pick ours is amazing. Please, Mr. owner give this young lady at raise Because I’m going to tell my boss about her tomorrow.

Terrible customer service. Never gave back debit card in drive thru. When I noticed three days later, I called and was told they "thought" it was "trashed". When I POLITELY asked the employee to check, he hung up on me and did not answer the phone when I called back. Was forced to drive over to confront the employee, who was unapologetic and condescending. Manager on duty was no help and not forthcoming with company contract info.
Btw, I ate half my turkey gyro and fries and threw them out... super salty and disgusting.

Dear Sir or Madam, Was just at your location in Watchung NJ and your Roast Beef was cold and the roll was some what stale. Not good for a come back. It should be hot or warm and the roll fresh, if not your in big trouble. The fries were great !!!!
