horrible, horrible horrible waited 25 minutes for two twelve piece chicken nugget meals. watched people that came in after us get their food before us. went in to ask the woman that took our order when our food would be out and she told us soon. waited 10 more minutes in Winton and talked to another worker and said that there was no previous order for our meals. after waiting 25 minutes, we finally got our food. The drinks tasted like dog food. The chicken nuggets were moist and over peppered. The fries were not crinkle cut. I would not recommend very false advertising so much for a fast food restaurant. This place is nowhere near fast. They should call us a slow restaurant.

This location has gone noticeably downhill, VERY quickly. They forgot one of our sandwiches this evening which has never happened to us at any CFA before, and we paid for it, too. Didn’t know until we drove home. The drive-through staff over the last couple of times we’ve been here has been very unfriendly and uncharacteristic of what you expect from a CFA restaurant. The cashier dropped my husband’s credit card on the ground when she was handing it back to him out the window, and didn’t even apologize. She just looked at him like “you gonna get that?” You need an overhaul of your staff. They used to be great but clearly the standards have gone south.
Honest must be the worst designed Chick-fil-A. They definitely try to squeeze a Chick-fil-A in a place that they need a lot more space for the volume of business that they do.....Trying to park here becomes a zoo at times then if you exit the wrong way you get stuck in the drive-thru they should have an exit that goes around the drive-thru.....
Then you go to pick up for third party and it's like they're not even paying attention to you at the Union store they actually have a person that just handles that....
And I don't get why everyone goes crazy for a mediocre piece of chicken on bread.... Maybe it's just the waffle fries I don't get it..... I think Popeyes is a better chicken sandwich

She does NOT fit the standard of customer service that makes me a frequent patron of Chic Fil A’s EVERYWHERE. No class or concern for customers or her job. Whoever hired her should be ashamed.
