Can't say enough. Discovered them in 1980 in Fredericksburg, VA. No lines then, only great chicken sandwiches. Still just as good 44 years later!

App didn't allow to confirm arrival by hand after mobile order and you should wait till you get to the next point. It would be better if you can simply scan barcode at the beginning of the drive through line. Some names really hard to pronounce. Everything else was great.
We have been in the take out line for over 40 minutes because they are taking orders at the window .. won't allow you to use your app to order or to acquire points. I'd turn around but I'm stuck in this take out line. Every car at the window takes at least 10 minutes. Get it together.
