Sometimes okay, but hit or miss honestly. It seems clear they’re understaffed, because often when I order ahead for pick up, it’s not ready and I’ve had to wait for it well past the pickup time. Today I waited at the drive thru window for several minutes before a staff member was able to come to the window, and then was asked to to wait an additional 5-10 minutes for the food (one burrito). It was about a 34 minute wait for the Chipotle Lane to pick up a mobile order. Even when receiving, the drink and chips were missing from the order. However, the associate at the window was very kind, but visibly exhausted.
My mom and I went to Chipotle a couple of days ago. Two of the four staff members members who worked the front end were immature. The one young man asked what we wanted for our bowl, and he had made a comment to his colleague and rolled his eyes like a little girl. They don't even give you a chance to say what you want before they push your bowl down to the register. That type of behavior would definitely steer customers away.
