If you go in person it is good. If you order delivery they may give you the wrong soup or pastry. At one point my pastry came seeking of perfume! I called and told them not to wear lotion or whatever when working. It was so strong that I could taste it and threw it out.

The Menlo Park mall, Panera bread taste much better and much more fresher this crap here at this Panera bread was the worst Iāve ever had. Things were just thrown together. The mozzarella was thick. The tomato was disgustingly cut soggy there. It did not taste. Good was not pleasing to the pallet nor was the strawberry Fresno, which did not taste fresh Tasted like powder. It was horrible. I would never recommend Panera bread at this Watchung area the best one so far has been Menlo Park for the Italian mozzarella sandwich and the mozzarella steak sandwich and the strawberry Fresno was best at mellow Park and Iām very disappointed because I spent $40 on my order. The tomato soup didnāt even taste fresh like the one in Menlo Park. Very disappointing. I should have taken pictures. The sandwich looked disgusting. I shouldāve taken pictures and the drink that does not look like it did when I got it from Menlo Park Iām very disappointed.

Best Panera experience I've had since chain first opened! Order totally correct, everything well made (yummy grilled cheese- beautiful salads & sandwiches) & everything hot was hot!!! Clean & nice atmosphere! Wish it was closer to my home- I'd go here always!!

The good: quality coffee and pastries. The not too good: you have to do your own butter bagel, that's nonsense to me, they could just do it and save some plastic (little butter packs/knife). Not many coffee options. And last, it's too expensive. I can get the same quality stuff at half the price.

Love this location! The staff is so nice and everythingās always ready well ahead of time when I order from the app.. this place is also well stocked so you can just be in and out in a jiffy when youāre in a hurry like I usually am.
