Usually I come to this Starbucks and besides the long wait I’m fine with the experience. However lately (a month or so) it feels like they hired some lazy and rude staff members. Idk why it’s so hard to give me a CLEAN cup with a hot cup sleeve. I don’t want a sticky cup in my hand. And I shouldn’t get an attitude for asking for a cup sleeve for my hot drink.

I usually go thru the drive thru on different occasions they have forgotten to add the flavoring i ask for. Not sure if its just laziness or carelessness. These drinks are not cheap and they should have their employees focusing on making the orders correct. I order delivery from this location and this is the final straw. I got my drink hot when I ordered an iced beverage. I love coffee and I used to love starbucks. Ill just go without from now on.

The slowest Starbucks in the world…. Do not come here, they will make you late for work, school, and for that date tonight. Prepare to spend 30-45 mins at the drive thru …. What a waste because they’re convenient to my location

Ordered a salted caramel cold brew. They straight up gave me a SALT cold brew. This is a drink I've had before & it was good. This one was straight undrinkable. Waste of my money lol

Not only were they’re only two people working and one of them was cleaning while there was a line out the door… They failed to put the lid on my drink and it spilled all over my car and when I went to ask to get a new drink, they just gave me a top. Really Slow and no sense of urgency

I ordered a pink drink, the cashier told me it was going to take about 10 minutes and I waited 35 minutes just for 1 drink everyone works very slow , this is my first and last time going to this location

Long drive through wait.. messed my drink up and then blamed it on the mods (I get this drink all the time) clearly annoyed at me that I asked for it to be fixed and were visibly talking about me to colleagues while they remade the drink- which again was made wrong but in a different way. Truly wish I never stopped at this location

My latte was only 2/3 of the way filled. Cup felt light as I was getting in my car but unfortunately needed to be at work so not able to get it fixed. Another time ordered on door dash and received a completely different drink. At least I was able to get a refund from door dash. Price does not match quality and consistency.

DO NOT order sweet cream cold brews from this location….its pretty much a cup of milk. Does this store even have training? Do yourself a favor and drive a bit further down 22 and go to center island location, there’s no drive-through but at least you’ll get what you ordered.
