This is the only Starbucks I will go to- the staff and customer service is excellent. They are also consistent with everything . Friendly professional and make all my customized drinks with perfection, every time! All the stars for Tahniyah and Amber for making my day all year long! So happy to have this store so close to my home.

My only complaint is that they “never” have any of the ingredients, they run out quick and staff not paying attention to the customers whenever I’ve been here. They’ve been open for a few years now, by now the amounts ordered in regard to ingredients should be met for their back-stock. I’m not sure who’s doing the inventory or ordering the supplies but this doesn’t seem to be a mistake that should be made all the time. Supply & demand. Yet they fail in that department. Staff is always 50/50 and depends.

The food wasn’t bad or anything, the only problem was that there were 3 employes working 1/3 was actually working he was a man and definitely needs a raise he was quick and got the job done definitely needs a raise, but there were 2 women 1 was upfront and the other had just arrived and then they both went to the back and they were chatting it up and laughing while the poor guy was actually doing his job, worst part of all this was that they were tons of people in line and they started leaving since the service was slow since 1/3 employees were actually doing the job, maybe I’m missing something or Im wrong, but I’m assuming that if your clocking in to work you’ll actually do your job, but props to the guy for actually doing his job feel bad for him.

I love this place ! The baristas always engage in conversation and greet costumers with a hello and how your doing.. sometimes they are out of things but they always have a substitute that’s taste great or even better. Be nice to your baristas !

Don’t be fooled by the one good review out of all the bad ones . Customer service is awful and to put the cherry on top that location allegedly never has specific ingredients in stock .i felt rushed to order and walked right out .

I walked up to get a coffee. No line, completely empty. The person behind the counter leaning on the back counter, on the phone wouldn’t even acknowledge me!

They stop making frappuccino at 7:30 and they close at 8pm. They try to clean fast to leave on time. Their excuse was that they don’t have anything to make a vanilla bean frappe not even a caramel frappe obviously they had all the blenders wash so they ain’t want to dirty it.

Just bought cold brew in starbucks target and the staff said they can not fill in the cup because I requested NO ICE. This is what I got.First time I’ve ever heard of this.The service is really upsetting.
