This location will scam you - do not eat here.
They automatically charge you for premium addons even if you do not ask for them or receive them (e.g., double cheese).
I ordered a chicken teriyaki sub without cheese and was charged for double cheese. The cashier said they are the same price and it cannot be removed. However when I later checked the app, you can order a regular sandwich for less money.
I complained to management and nothing was done. Going to contact my credit card company and corporate.

I placed a pick up order and the employee who hand me my order was very rude. It's obvious the young employee wasn't trained properly.

all the employees do is talk amongst themselves. while making my sandwich, they just threw the toppings in a pile without a care , as if i wasn’t spending my money. i was prepared to walk out and not even buy the food but i was starving as i am pregnant. NEVER AGAIN!

Everything i asked from the one who took my order is not available. She doesnt care at all about customer service. I asked for bottled water that’s not cold, she said they dont have it. I asked about courtesy cup and she said they dont have it. She doesnt make an effort at all for the customers. Worst staff ever!

The lady. Bilingual or not. Doesnt give enough effort about her job. Besides giving me an attitude no courtesy and got my order wrong. No sirven de nada.

It’s ridiculous how lazy all those people are I asked to make me a sandwich but put everything on the side that lady said no we don’t do that like if I was asking for something so hard to do. I truly dislike how some Spanish people can be so negative and lazy. it’s an embarrassment to the Spanish speaking world.

4 people is way too many employees to do nothing. One or two would be enough. I pre-order on the app while shopping at Walmart. The app said food was ready, but they haven't started making it and when asked about it didn't speak English.

the person who took care of me today, has the worst attitude! ill never buy from here again. got annoyed because i asked what time they close. didnt clean the knife to cut my sub from the previous sub they made. gross.

They need to shut down this Subway permanently. Feb 2023 I purchased a sandwitch and went home. Towards the end of eating my sandwich I start chewing on something which I immediately know is inedible. I take the piece out of my mouth to find it is a black elastic piece of a disposable mask.After getting over my disgust of whose mask, what type of germs and other health concerning factors I email the owner JITENDRA PATEL and explained the situation, emailed photos and sent my receipt. Jitendra Patel didn't respond to any of my major concerns and instead sent me a generic email thanking me for my feedback and asking me to give them another chance. Instead of offering me a refund or any other resolutions.I'm disgusted by the not the only sandwich but the ignorance of the owner.
We adore their food and drinks.
I adore this restaurant, their foods are delicious.
This is the worst Subway I've ever dealt with, especially on the app. Doesn't matter what you order, you will not get what you ordered. Have been trying to order here for literally YEARS, this is final straw. Will NEVER order from here again.
