I went there at 6:10pm today I ordered my bread and I didn’t know they didn’t have turkey so I asked for it and she looked around where the meat is back and forth looked at her coworker and laughed then I said okay I’ll just get ham then i asked for lettuce and cucumbers she starts putting on the lettuce while talking to her coworker she said what else I said cucumbers and onions she starts putting on the cucumbers and continues talking to her coworker she asked what else I said onions and jalapeños she starts putting the onions CONTINUES TALKING then asked what else I said jalapeños she puts it on with an attitude her this place just needs to shut down it was this lady with short dark brown hair with an eyebrow piercing she was so rude

Ok, so I get here 10 to 8 minutes early before they close and they say they’re closed and I can’t go before because I have work like most people. A couple days ago I got about 10-15 minutes early and it’s the same thing “we’re closed” so I check this website and it closes at 9:30 not 9:20 or 9:15.

asked for italian & herb they gave me plain asked for no onions they gave me extra, the worse part is there is literally no steak on the cheesy garlic steak at all!! HORRIBLE

Tried calling multiple times on multiple different occasions to ask if they accept coupons but didn’t get an answer. Ended up driving down since it wasn’t that far but still kind of a hassle and of course they didn’t accept coupons. I was so over the whole thing that I forgot to ask if they had a phone. Honestly part of me is starting to think they want you to drive down there, find out a coupon isn’t accepted, and then buy something.

They automatically charge you for premium addons even if you do not ask for them or receive them (e.g., double cheese).
I ordered a chicken teriyaki sub without cheese and was charged for double cheese. The cashier said they are the same price and it cannot be removed. However when I later checked the app, you can order a regular sandwich for less money.
I complained to management and nothing was done. Going to contact my credit card company and corporate.

all the employees do is talk amongst themselves. while making my sandwich, they just threw the toppings in a pile without a care , as if i wasn’t spending my money. i was prepared to walk out and not even buy the food but i was starving as i am pregnant. NEVER AGAIN!

I asked about courtesy cup and she said they dont have it. She doesnt make an effort at all for the customers. Worst staff ever!

4 people is way too many employees to do nothing. One or two would be enough. I pre-order on the app while shopping at Walmart. The app said food was ready, but they haven't started making it and when asked about it didn't speak English.
