Decided to stop here and eat with my husband recently . We were sat with Shay. I’ve been to many restaurants but Shay’s service was one of a kind. Her energy is so welcoming, she had great drink & food recommendations (she didn’t lie lol) & she made the drinks herself even with how busy it was! She was very sweet, attentive, very professional, and polite. She definitely adds a great energy to this restaurant as I seen how well she interacted with other guests. If you think about stopping by ask for Shay and I’m sure service will be spectacular! Thankyou Fridays and Shay for a wonderful evening

This Friday's location has become our favorite spot. From our first visit, we found David, one of the managers, to be very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. His great service is one of the main reasons we keep coming back. Thomas, the waiter, was also very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I highly recommend this Friday's - you won't regret it. They offer great food, excellent service, and a friendly atmosphere. Thank you, David, for your outstanding service and for always making all your customers feel welcome. It's not just us - we have also seen David treat other customers the same way. Phenomenal job!

I don’t ever expect too much from big chain restaurants but this Friday’s left me pleasantly surprised. I went on a busier night. My server, Veronica, was very accommodating and though she had other tables took care of me beautifully. Loved that she always had a smile on her face and got everything to me in a timely manner.

This place absolutely sucks. Horrible customer service, had me waiting almost 25 minutes for a four item order. Do not come here. It is ridiculous how this place is still even in business with how they act.

Arrived at 5pm on a Friday with a party of 5 for dinner. The hostess intoduced us to our waiter who greated us with a dismissive head knod and walked off. We were seated immediately, mainly because the restaurant was empty. The seats were dirty and the table was greasy. We waited 30min as I watched our waiter do anything but help us. He just walked around talking to other employees. We were the only people in the restaurant so I'm struggling to find excuses for him. He never even took a drink order. We just left. The hostess was shocked to see us leaving and tried to get us to stay but we had seen enough. I will never go back again. If I was the owner I'd be downright embarrassed and give serious thought to hiring new staff. Everything about the place screams no one cares. Don't waste your time or money here.

Well ….. This place used to be different years ago, maybe they changed the manager or the cook anyway! I ordered a mojito but the bartender didn't know how to make it, I think he was a beginner ? I don't know the truth! Because I felt water more than anything else!!! Then I started with the main course 55% The broccoli neh… too cooked and my companion ordered spaghetti with shrimp, well I think the shrimp sank somewhere on the plate ? The dry spaghettis, without bone salt, what happened?!?!! Sodas $3.50 plus ice than soda. The truth is I'm disappointed in this place years ago it used to be wow. Maybe a change of manager or cook

They charge for sauce but at other Fridays the sauce comes with the chicken wings and they charged for wings flavors and the wings didn’t come with ranch or blue cheese and no celery with the wings they serve cold food and I recommend do not eat here and they changed for water which is probably tap
