Very nice decor and the Pizza was good. I was expecting more from what others told me. Its a slice that you have to eat while hot. They use a thin crust without asking. Its fancy pizza and pricy. Cheese Pizza starts at $20. One size. Im sure they'll do well.

I am writing to share my recent experience at your restaurant, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations.
I ordered the rigatoni with Alfredo sauce with grilled chicken , but I found the sauce to be overly oily and lacking in flavor. It was quite disappointing, as I was looking forward to a delicious meal. Additionally, I encountered some issues with the service. The young lady at the register did not seem to provide the level of customer service I would have hoped for. I also noticed that a cook, who appeared to have a physical limitation, was asked to bring my food to the table, which I felt was unnecessary and unkind.
Furthermore, the lack of air conditioning made the dining environment uncomfortable, especially given the high temperatures outside. It felt more like a sauna than a restaurant, which detracted from the overall experience.
I believe that feedback is essential for improvement, and I hope you take this into consideration. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

Trevi is an interesting spot located in the Watchung Square Mall. A clean, well organized pizzaria/restaurant with room to spread out. I first went years ago and had a nice experience with their square style pizza which I thought was very good.
I recently dined here again, we ordered several slices of their square cut pizza and again it was very enjoyable. Each slice was very good, not overly drowned in cheese like many specialty pizza spots - just fresh vegetables and interesting flavors that felt refreshing and healthy.
I also noted other orders coming out of the kitchen looked well above what you might expect from your standard 'slice joint'. Calamari, soups and salads looked exceptional.
The line cook/chef also accompanied several orders to the table and greeted guests. +2!
Trevi Square Pizza + Kitchen has become a spot on my periodic pizza stop but I hope to venture into their good looking kitchen menu soon.
I went in and got some food last Thursday. I had gotten a big ziti a pennevodka sauce and a meatball that food was so bland and so disgusting. I’ll call back on Saturday to speak to the owner because I live 40 minutes away. The owner said that he would contact the back office to see if they was gonna issue me a refund or a gift card. I called Today which is Wednesday speaking to another young lady. She supposed to be the manager or whatever she’s very disrespectful she don’t know how to take criticism she got mad because I told her the food was disgusting. Why should I pay $60 for food? That’s nasty. I give them zero if I could and I will not be returning back today establishment they need to learn that customers have the right to call back and say that the food was nasty. You repay our hard earned money. She needs to learn how to accept criticism. They need to learn how to accept criticism as a whole establishment. Period

Surprisingly great pizza! A lot better than most pizzerias in the area! Spent 20 bucks on 4 slices and a fountain drink. Clean and plenty of seating. A few bucks more than I wanted to spend, hence only 4 stars.

Their pizza is decent. Would not suggest getting their entrees. It was extremely disappointing. Chicken Marsala was very soupy. Penna all a vodka was not as expected.
