Two small problems,no dine in anymore, pandemia killed it...,fish quality suddenly went down from a very good level before. We always take chirashi sushi and can see the difference.Plz don't cut corners even given substantial fish price inflation?.

My favorite sushi in the area. I always order the Regular Sushi meal as my “treat yoself” meal on Thursdays and look forward to it every week. Their white tuna is the absolute best and I love the quality and portion size. Great place!

Sorry to do this because I know it's not great for the restaurant, but unfortunately I went here with high expectations because of the previous reviews and I was disappointed.I could not eat the ramen I bought because I was given the wrong order when I went to pick it up (they gave me a chicken ramen and I am vegetarian).

Washu is a great sushi restaurant in Watchung, NJ. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend the omakase, which is a tasting menu of chef's choice sushi.The restaurant has a modern and upscale atmosphere, with a focus on fresh seafood. The menu features a variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, nigiri, and other Japanese dishes. Their side salad comes with ginger dressing which is the best.I've been to Washu several times, and I've always had a great experience. The food is always delicious, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is inviting. I highly recommend Washu to anyone looking for a great sushi experience in Watchung, NJ. Btw they only do take outs.
