Went to get a bagel. Asked for everything bagel with extra veggie cream cheese. She told me $7.25. I asked her how much a bagel with regular cream cheese was, she replied "I don't know" I asked if she could find out and let me know. She responded that is was "four dollars and change" she said mine was $7.25 because it was a specialty cream cheese. I told her nevermind and left. BUYER BEWARE.

I’ve never had made to order bacon before. If you’re into that, this is your place. Just make sure you’re telling them well done. It wasn’t done. I was the only one there so it wasn’t like he was in a rush. Took at least 5 minutes. Then I gave cash because it had a sign that said 3% discount. Order was 8.22 for scallion and bacon. Pretty pricey. Especially for half cooked bacon. Anyway I asked pretty nicely why not a discount since the sign said. I was very rudely responded to. I guess it hit a nerve. As he walked away and turned back on me he told me that if I had paid card it would have been charged more.The place is really clean though.

I had ordered 2 bagels, asked nicely if I can get them toasted, and I was told “No, don’t you see that they were just done?” when I wasn’t even there to see whether or not anything was just done, they were already sitting there when I arrived.

I work at the Acura Dealership next door. This place never disappoints. We always order their fresh bagels at least 4 times a week. Their sanswiches are always fresh, and they never get the orders wrong. Bagel connect will always be our go-to spot for fresh in-house bagels and breads.

Called Bagel Connect to place an order for pick up and before asking me who I was, he said, we're not doing pick ups, too many prank calls. Geeze, you never even asked me any questions! I will spread the word here at the dealer. His attitude just cost him a loss of customers.
