The best bagels in NJ. Hand made. He uses a special process with the water to make them taste so good. People from Florida come up and stop here before they drive back to Florida. The owner creates the bagels himself early every morning. Great prices. Home made cream cheeses. Very clean and efficient ordering process. You have to get there before the bagels are sold out which they usually are.

On a Sunday 10am told my wife let's try this place out it's near by and we haven't been... walked in and first thing I noticed was wow what a great looking bagel place! But the owners need to replace whoever the women is on the counter taking order and collecting payments! Very rude! Not even a good morning back to my wife! Or a thank you!! First time here and won't be returning. Terrible!!!

Called Bagel Connect to place an order for pick up and before asking me who I was, he said, we're not doing pick ups, too many prank calls. Geeze, you never even asked me any questions! I will spread the word here at the dealer. His attitude just cost him a loss of customers.

Walked in for the first and last time. You CANNOT have people working a counter that are just outright rude. The lady with the dark hair is horrible in her treatment of her customers. I'm not surprise to read same reviews below. As for the bagel. I ordered a toasted everything with butter. I was excited to try it because I saw a man in the back hand rolling. While the bagel maybe fresh and the taste was on point, it was too too chewy.
